    On December 22nd, 2023 an order (#*****) was placed with peach tree market company for a bunch of HTV transfers along with a bulk sale for 16oz or frosted can glasses. When the package arrived only the transfers were in the box the glasses were not, an order slip was in the box and it said that they were being shipped from the warehouse. Then on December 29th, 2023 another order (#*****) was placed for motel keychains, four 20oz tumblers and a bulk beer glass order. This order still to this day says that its in canton, **, *****, ** and has never updated from there nor made it to my house. Back in March I did reach out via email to see what was going on with the orders. I did let them know that order #***** was still pending and hadnt had any movement. Along with order #***** that I was still waiting for a a new tracking number for those cups when they get sent out from the warehouse. No email was ever wrote back to me and I never received my product that I ordered and paid for. Considering that was back in December of 2023. I believe that if these products were truly **ming from the warehouse they should have made it to my address already. Peach tree market place has ** never rectified the situation. And has not shipped out partial orders or whole orders to small businesses such as what I run and many others in the *********** area. Given that I respectfully waited for some time for my product before writing out this **mpliant. I believe that refund for the products that I never received I well over past due.

    I made a purchase through this company back in January. I havent received my product and have contacted her multiple times and got told nothing. She said she refunded my money but havent heard or received anything. I would like my money back since Im paying for a product I have not received. She is not giving me a refund. Im not sure what to do and shes threatening me. Thanks!!

    I ordered vinyl wrap transfers from her on Nov. 2. On Nov. 3, she emailed me and stated it was a 9 day turnaround time. On Nov.17, the status of my order stated it was ready to ship. On November 20, I reached out asking if I could pay her to overnight the order to me. She stated she could. I paid her to overnight them to me ($52) She did not communicate with me that it would be in 2 shipments nor did the package say 2 shipments. I have only received half of my order. I have reached out to her and nothing. She stated she would refund my money for the part of the order I didnt receive. I havent received it. We had a similar situation when I ordered from her in October where the shipping label was created and then wasnt tracked for about 8 days. I would like my refund of $40. Have paid her a total of about $275 and her customer service and communication. Is horrible as well as her turnaround time that she advertises. I am upset of her lack of communication and resolving this issue. I have asked her to do the right thing and now there is no communication and no refund.
