    We moved here in May of 2024. I have had multiple problems that I have addressed with the previous owners/office staff. Some of those issues were resolved, some were not. The new staff has now been sticking papers in our door regarding the "neighborhood code" which has never been enforced until now. I had to have them send it to me to read over because I wasn't even familiar with the terms. While I agree with most of the terms, a majority of it is just ridiculous. My biggest issue being that they want us to keep our trash can in the garage. Our garage is tiny. We can't even fit our car inside now that we have the trash can in there. It makes the garage odorous and I'm worried about the possibility of it attracting bugs inside. I can understand not leaving the garage out on the curb, but we had moved it into our driveway and were threatened with termination. Out of all the problems the neighborhood has, this is what management has decided to harp on. On top of all this, the garbage company is no longer picking up our recycling when we leave it out. We have tried to contact the front office about this but they never return our phone calls. They are NEVER physically in the office and do not return calls, that's if you can even get them on the phone in the first place. We have talked amongst our neighbors and we are not the only ones experiencing these issues. Most of us can't wait until our lease is up so we can move out of here. The place just cannot be managed well it seems. We had high hopes when new management came in but it just seems to be worse than before. Very disappointing.

    I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding the refund of my security deposit for the property located at *****************. I vacated the premises nearly 5 months (November 5) ago after residing there for 10 months (December 2022- November 5, 2023).Despite assurances from multiple and changing members of the management team that my refund was in the process of being issued, regrettably I have yet to receive it. Despite my consistent efforts to follow up by calling the office number daily and leaving messages, the matter remains unresolved.This delay in refunding my security deposit has caused me significant inconvenience and financial strain. I kindly request immediate action to rectify this situation and expedite the issuance of my refund.I received several notifications that my balance was $212 which I paid in full and left the property in pristine condition, returned the keys and left the trash receptacles.
