            On 1/26/21, I paid Bert ***** with Overdrive Concrete Services $7,200 to perform a professional stamp & stain on The Venue at Sharp Mountain's back patio that measures approx. 80' x 20'. I paid Wayne ***** Concrete $5,544 to pour the concrete slab on which Mr. ***** performed his service. While stamping the concrete, he stepped all over the concrete slab during his stamp processeven stood on top of the stamp padwhile it was still soft which caused his footprints to be permanently embedded into the slab. There are now water puddles in concrete after a rain. Since the work has been done, I have met and text with Mr. ***** on numerous occasions expressing my dissatisfaction and wanting it to be corrected. He suggested to do a broom finish versus redoing it to make it like I originally paid. He had one of his business contacts in the concrete industry to come look at the slab who also agreed that the slab was not done correctly and should be torn out and redone. He refuses to do it.

            You can't get a better concrete man.turned out really well.he knows how to get it right he poured a driveway and slab.I'm very happy with this company and will probably use them again.**************
