            I was pre-approved for a home loan. I found a home through Veterans Realty and started the process of trying to buy it with the help of the broker Maron *******. The month of November 2021, I was required to put down $1000.00 of earnest money as a part of the agreement of signing the sells contract. The lender found some issues with my finance which caused me not to be qualified for the loan. I ask Mr. ******* for the return of my earnest money, he said, I lost it because we went past due diligent date by one day. After doing some research I question his statement for two reasons. #1. The "seller" of the house that I trying to obtain worked for Veterans Realty as a broker. #2. I was told from another lender that since I wasn't approved for the home loan, my earnest money should have been returned.

            I used them as a soldier stationed in ****** to take care of my property. Not only did they allow the tenant to paint my garage a non neutral color but didn't finish and painted on non wall, but they let her leave with full deposit. On top of that, I provided them $3000 to repair issues in my home and upon returning found that almost nothing was fixed and what was done was in poor condition only after 5 months of service. When I called to ask why they didn't repair and why they let the tenant leave with deposit, they sent me a letter to stop harassing them and refused me my money back and to even talk to the owner. Never use these guys as they are only there to take your money and abuse the name veterans as if they care about soldiers.

            Although I was not the Department manager at that time, I did take a moment to look at the file for your property to see what may have happened in 2018. When I reviewed the file, I found that there was a lot of issues with the home that needed to be repaired when you entered into a contract for our company to manage the property which you discussed with the prior department manager.
            Although some work was completed during the tenant's occupancy the file shows that all of the deficiencies were not completed and the ones that were did not get completed in a timely manner because of your lack of funding.
            Since the repairs for the home were not completed prior to the tenant moving in the tenant cannot be held liable for damages during a move out inspection and could not be charged for anything that was previously listed on the initial move in inspection.
            If you were not happy with our services, why are you waiting almost five years to complain?
