    On November 2, 2021, I paid Bulldog Bail Bonds $6,350. The bail amount was $6,000, but they charged me the full price instead of the standard 10% fee ($600). The case was dismissed on December 6, 2024, and they had 30 days to issue a refund, yet I still havent been paid.Ive repeatedly contacted them via email, text, and phone, but they continue to give me excuses and false promises. They claimed they attempted to send the refund but used the wrong zip code, said they would process it the next day, and even suggested that sending my receipt would speed things up. None of this has led to any ***********, nearly three months later, they are still playing games. I was told Id receive a call once the check was sent, but then they claimed it was returned due to a single incorrect digit in the zip codeanother ****** done dealing with this company. I want my $5,000 refund and a receipt before I deploy overseas, or I will take legal action.

    We have to wait on the correct paperwork from the court to process a return to make sure our liability is over. It is legal in ******* to hold Collateral on a bond and is actually a standard practice in this state. Your refund was mailed to the address you sent us and yes the zip code you sent us was wrong. Your check was mailed back out for your refund. Also we do not guarantee a timeframe on return of collateral as per the paperwork you signed. We held collateral on your case due to the circumstances of your bond. You have been refunded the money to the address you provided before this complaint was made. We did not go against any Georgia law. We also did not break any part of our agreement with you. We request you remove your complaint as we have not done anything illegal or worthy of a complaint. Thank you for your service.
