    I had used Nutritional Resources, Inc./Health Wise brand Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake and Pudding meal supplements for several months. This was my favorite supplement. I then ordered an entire case through a distributor. I received the case earlier this year and immediately realized there was an issue. The first packet I tried from this case would not mix up properly as previous product of this same type had for me many times before- horrible clumps formed that were impossible to dissolve. Thinking that one particular packet was an anomaly, I tried another, then another, etc. All the packets I tried from that case had the same result. It was especially alarming when I tried to discard what I had tried to mix. Those horrible clumps adhered firmly to the spoon and the cup and significant mechanical force had to be used to remove them. There was no way I was going to put this possibly harmful product in my body as it was vastly different from my previous experience with this product. I believe any reasonable person would question the safety of such hard, firmly adhering clumps. Nutritional Resources was contacted and presented with my claims, including photos. They were also sent a box from the case to 'test'. They claimed the test was 'normal'. I then tested even more packets and got the same bad results. I discovered the instruction labeling on the outside of the boxes in the case did not match with the instruction labeling on the individual packets in the boxes. I shipped 33 boxes from the case in question back to Nutritional Resources. I only asked for a wholesale refund of what I returned- NOT including the boxes I used for testing or kept as evidence of my claims. Nutritional Resources said my claims were unfounded, demanded I cease communication with them and tried to intimidate the distributor. A refund should be given and it should be acknowledged what is different with the product I got that made it inedible.
