              On January 3, ****, I took my 2011 **** Explorer to be serviced at Speedway Ford located at *******************************, Griffin **. *****. The ABS(Anti-Breaking System) module was replaced. However, in replacing the module, the technician damaged the ***(Hydraulic Control Unit). I was told by *******, the service advisor, that it was "unfortunate" and that I would have to incur the cost of a new *** and the installment of it. The *** was working perfectly when my vehicle was brought in to be serviced. I paid the cost of the repair to the **** however, under no circumstance should I have to incur the cost of the *** which was damaged by the technician who repaired the **** At no time did *******, or anyone in the service department, make any concession to remedy the situation on their part except to inform me of the cost to repair what they damaged.

              Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.
