    I purchased a car from them I gave her $1500 down on the car it was as is i went to ******* the next day an got a brand new front tire put on it drove it for 3 weeks an I started hearing a knocking sound when I turn so I took it to mavis after the tire blew out on me to get two front tires an to get it lined up he told me that he wouldn’t do it because the front tire axle was so loose that the tires would come off an it was not safe to drive he asked me how long I had it I told him 30 days I just had made my first payment he said ain’t no way this happened in that short amount of time so I called transportation an told the owner what he said he said he would come pick the vehicle up cause you couldn’t drive it so he went an got the vehicle he told me he had ordered the part an that they would fix it I called every day for a week an they kept telling me the part didn’t get there so that Saturday I went down there an his assistant rosemary told me that they should have it ready by 1:00 I said ok an let went back down there after 1:00 nobody was there so Monday morning I went back to ask for either all of my money or half back she told me it was ready I told her I didn’t trust that car she said they would send it to another shop too get it inspected for me if I didn’t feel safe in it I said I just wanted my money back at that point and she told me she don’t know what to tell me

    I would like my 1,500 I put down on it back I made my first payment of $250 they can keep that but I would like a refund of 1,500 back

    I would like too close the case against transportation period he reached out to me today and returned my money back so the issue has been resolved thanks for you time
