This company took my money 9/2020 for photos of my student and I never received the images, I repeatedly contacted them without reply. I also contacted my child's HS to help resolve the problem without response. I spoke with the photographer face to face at the next photo time 9/2021 and was assured that I would be comped for this year's photos d/t never receiving previous year. 6 months later, I have still not received any photos for 2 years of my child's HS band activity. This company is not reachable, they do not return phone calls or emails and the liason of the high school is the same. I have complained to everyone at the school and still no resolution to the problem. Also, there are many other parents in our band program that are having the same problem. I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service or care from not only this company, but also our HS. They are making tons of money since it is the only photographer our school and many others in the area use for all sports and school photos. They collect money for a service that they do not deliver. As parents, we should not have to 'chase down" what we paid for. I will not be giving them any more money for photos in the future, which is disappointing. I do not have any professional photos of my student for the first 2 years of high school. This is unacceptable to me. I would appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

This company took my money April 2021 for my sons 2021 Senior photos i received a partial order by mail, after relentless efforts to contact them I received the other half of my order this week, the quality is poor and certainly not in line with the photos received last year. There is a discrepancy in color, quality and size. This company has numerous negative reviews online expressing their ongoing habit of accepting money for services and then not following up on delivery. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond. It has taken me 10 months and now I have received poor quality Senior photos of my son. I want what I paid for and what I am due. This company is completely inadequate and possess ZERO customer skills. You would think that after 10 months they would deliver the correct photos. It is extremely frustrating, even more so knowing there are countless others that have been scammed out of money and put of precious memories.
