On **** ****, 2021 we put down a $10,000 deposit on our Kitchen. They started our kitchen ********* ****. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete. I understand things get delayed. On ******** ****, 2021 we paid the balance of $9805.00 on a kitchen that was left unfinished and without a final walk through. We contacted Randy the owner to come out to do a punch list of the items that needed to be finished on ******** ****. He told us he would take care of it. On ******** **** the under cabinet lighting began to fall down. We got no response. We contacted him again on ******** **** and he said he would get it fixed the next day. He never showed nor contacted us. On the **** we contacted him again and his response was "ok". He will tell us to call if we have any problems but doesn't follow through. I'm very disappointed that we have paid in full and have been left this way. It's now 2022 and I have beautiful kitchen that's still needs to be finished and the areas fixed that was put on the punch list he created. He has come out once to fix the under cabinet lighting but has not shown back up to fix anything else. Our last contact with his, we were told that we were on the list. I have documented and taken pictures of everything and hope this can be resolved soon so further action is not necessary.
