- Refund and Exchange Policy
For Adult Group Trips - On multi-day trips less than $499, there is no cancellation penalty if a trip is canceled 45 days prior to departure. a $200 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation occurs inside of 45-14 days before the trip date, and $300 if the trip is canceled within 14 days of the trip. Day trip payments are transferable, but non-refundable MINUS the cost of
show (s) or event tickets.For Kelly Tours motorcoach trips of $500 or more, all payments are non-refundable. On these trips, Kelly Tours
has purchased the Grup Protection Plan on behalf of all participants.For cruises or trips involving airfare, all payments are non-refundable. Optional Trip Insurance Coverage is available for purchase.
For Student Trips - All payments listed on the provided flyer and marked as non-refundable will be non-refundable should a traveler cancel for any reason. All other payments will be refunded through Kelly Tours. Written notice must be sent to notify Kelly Tours of cancellation to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation”. The notice must include the traveler’s name, the primary contact’s name, telephone number, email and mailing address, group name and trip number. The refund will then be mailed out or credited back to the credit card used to make payment. Please allow up two weeks after cancellation notice is received for the refund to be processed.
For Charter Groups - To
insure a full refund of your deposit you must cancel 30 days prior to your departure date. For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to departure date, 50% of the total balance will be charged. For cancellations made once the trip is in progress, there will be no refunds.- Business Categories
