On 6/29/2023 a fraudulent loan application was processed in my name to ***************** (reference # *********) from *****************. According to **************** this was done for a 2022 Chrysler vehicle at ***** Chrystler and Jeep ***********************************************. I am confused how someone was able to apply for a loan at a dealership without proof of ID. When I called the dealership they have denied this was ever applied for. I am complaining because I don't understand how a business can legally allow someone to use my information without proof of identification- this concerns me for the safety of other customers. This is relevant because on 6/28 i was a client at ***************** in ******, ** and one day later the same company allowed someone to fraudulently apply for a car loan with them.

On 11/28/2022, I this complainant purchased and obtained a loan for a 2023 ******************** Vin #***************** from *********** ************************************************************* to remedy a transportation hardship. The subject of this complaint: The dealership failed to provide the required documents to properly register my vehicle to the DC ********** of ***** Vehicles in a timely manner. This stressful delay created a personal transportation hardship causing anxiety, undue stress, out-of pocket expenses, mental anguish, delayed the registration process causing the temporary tag to expire well after the allowable time period required by the ** law, this new vehicle could not be legally driven for a total of eight days due to no fault of this customer. To date, this business have not attempted to communicate or resolve this issue. The documents submitted herein with this matter sent to *****************************, General Manager was delivered, confirmed and received on February 25, 2023. I am seeking the remedies outlined in document dated February 23, 2023. It is my sincere hope that this BBB will assist me in obtaining a successful outcome and hold this dealership to account.

I ordered a car from this dealer and was told I had to purchase ************ coverage and pre-paid maintenance in order to get the car. This would have cost almost $5,000, and they said it was mandatory. The car would have come with the first service free, so I'd be paying for something I did not need or want. In addition, they padded other line items and the lease rate was going to be 10% - and I was told that I could only finance through *****************. I have excellent credit and would have been a returning Porsche customer. After telling the manager that I wanted to cancel, he told me that he wouldn't give me my $5,000 deposit back until the car sold to another person. This is ILLEGAL!! This dealership doesn't care about its customers, and is unscrupulous and predatory.

I bought a car from **** Auto sales about 5 years ago my car is to two months from being paid off I've been trying to contact u.s. auto sales for three months now they did not contact me via e-mail phone email telling me that they sold their company. I was trying to pay my bill so I waited come to find out the new management company Westlake became a repo my car now they want double of what I owe and on top of that interest I'm not paying a company that I did not sign a contract with I'm not paying a company that couldn't even treat me with respect and let me know that they had sold their company or its transferring. I was not aware so I shouldn't have to be paying a company that I did not sign a contract with on top of that now I can't get back and forth to work because I don't have a car they want me to pay double and interest on top of that I still owe I don't think I should pay the rest of my bill I need my car back or something to happen so I don't know what to do. My account number is in the screenshot I sent you this is the email they sent me after I called them after they repoed my car before that they had no contact with me at all.

I purchased a car from a use dealer(************** Auto-******** **) on June 14 2023. Car was sold as is but I was told the vehicle is fully scanned and checked before selling. Within 2 days I discovered an issue with the new brakes that they installed. I emailed them what I believe the issue was and needed done. They said they checked and found theyd did nothing wrong yet after reinstalling the issue was now fixed(Suspected lie 1).A little over a week later I discovered the ** was a little weak.I asked for price quote on recharging but they offered to take care of it. Prior to the appointment the check engine light came on.When dropping the car off I asked that be checked. 2 hours later I was told the car is ready and when scanning the car the code showed a loose gas cap.I said that seemed odd since Id not gotten gas in over 24hrs, the light wouldve came on sooner. They said no and they cleared the code. Not even 1 day later the check engine light came on again. This time my mechanic scanned & found 2 codes for both catalytic converters needing replace(extremely expensive). Plus emissions was due in 3 days from today, which most dealerships take care of when its so close to due.Based on info It appears to my mechanic and myself they knew of the issues and intentionally tried to cover and lie for the sale and after. When I addressed via email(how wed correspond each time previous) I was addressed defensively, told I was disrespectful, demanded an apology of me, and refused to fix the issue for anything other than a discount of their discretion. Its clear this issue was known to them and they covered it up. My licensed mechanic stated the odds of both catalytic converters failing at the same time with no prior check engine light codes showing is nearly impossible. Now I have to fix out of pocket and get a rental car for work.I feel the dealer should be responsible for costs or fixing and face consequences for their dishonest business practice. Can forward all email

I believe that reason the car wont pass smog so that I could get the car license plate on it and not drive around with a car dealer paper plates. I have told her about it and have send her messages I have show her the issue on the car but she doesnt do anything about it. I need help or that this places get investigated at it is doing fraud business with people that work hard to buy a car and saying from the dealer getting this kind of business is not right. I purchased a car on payments from ******************* of ******* at the end of 2022. Low mileage good looking car. Was told everything with it was fine. I am now in the process of not having it for two months total time because of recurring issues and at this point they have had the car as much as I have. They make the same excuses every time I call for updates on the car that they are either waiting on parts or dont have the correct part. Absolutely zero communication or respect shown considering Im making payments on the car. They outsourced to a third party mechanic Im assuming to save money and I know from experience with cars that any credible mechanic could have most issues fixed within a week or two tops. Ive been extremely patient and over a month this time and still constantly being lied to, and given the same excuses. From the reviews Ive seen they do this to a lot of people and should not be in the business.

8/18/2018 I bought a vehicle with Auto ************* in **************. At the time, I was told that I had to make a downpayment, there was no way around it, which I found out was not true. I was told to read through the documents. I thought the finance charge was high, and I was confused, but I was told that the documents that I would be sent shortly would explain everything. That it was the typical finance charge. On looking at my documents more recently, because the payments seem not not be making a dent I realized the issue. At the time, I had already signed for a car I felt more comfortable paying for. I was told things needed to be fixed and when it was ready I could pick it up. I was given a loaner car to find out the car had been sold to someone else, without my knowledge, and they said I could purchase another vehicle. I was also told because I hadnt picked up they could do that. So at the time of signing for this new vehicle I was stressed. I was moving out of state, did not have the original car I was purchasing, but because I needed a new car, I signed out of duress. In looking at the documents much later, and realizing my payments were not going down, I realized the allowed the lender to charge an illegal finance charge. For the car I purchased, the finance charge was supposed to be $13 for every $100 per year. My finance charge was for more than the car. In finding this, I reached out to the dealership, but they are no longer in existence. I reached out to the sister branch that was supposed to have the records they said they kept them for 5 years, but my 5 years arent up until August. No one has the original document, or can answer questions. I cant access my original document but theres two date on the document the bank sent which makes me question if it is the original document I signed. I have questions.
