    I regret buying my windows from Window World. The Company and the person who came to my home to measure the windows will not return my phone calls as promised. It has been over five months, and my windows have not been completely installed accurately yet! The moon windows are not properly replaced and look awful. Does not look professional looking at all. My husband is furious with me for letting Window World replace our windows. Many of my friends see the work that Window World has done to my windows and will not be using them to replace the windows in their homes. I do not recommend this company.

    I have been waiting 11 months for Window World Chattahoochee Valley to replace my broken sliding glass door. After 4 visits to our house and more than 30 phone calls they still have not replaced the door.
    We like the windows and doors we have had installed but their guarantee to replace their products is a lie.
