I paid almost $7,000 for a brand new transmission 0 miles on it after it was installed I test drove it and discovered that the mechanic left my Turbo disconnected then laughed and apologiezed when I came back upset. I then had gotten out the military and I have been calling and texting them ever since I’ve taken my car to multiple mechanics and they all said the same thing the motor mounts was left loose the bolts were left loose and it caused the cv axle to get damaged causing rear differential damage to my car. I have photos videos proof of everything. Messages and screenshots of the mechanic reading my message and never responding. He has read receipts on so I can see he leaves me on delivered he doesn’t know!!!! I am infuriated with this situation it is my only means of transportation and they are screwing me over saying warranty doesn’t cover parts they didn’t install???? That’s insane they left everything loose how is that not fall under negligence? Like I said I have proof messages photos videos documentation of the car going to every dealer and shop you guys can give me a call or email me at any time

this customer has been hard to work with,we put the transmission in may 2024 at customer request, customer had the car since with no complaints ,about  10 months later,he calls talking about wheel bearing bad on his car, then he calls back a month later talking about misfire in the engine, then a month later he calls back talking about axle shafts bad, we only installed a transmission at the customer request,so i told the customer those where his orignal  parts own his car and we are not responsible for them, our only concern is the transmission we installed, and that his transmission is under warranty 3 year or 100.000 miles warranty.and that he can go to  any technet shop and they will check it out for free...long as its transmission related to the one we installed.so last month he calls me again about car making noises when he turns and he finally brings car in,and we check car out and see that the transmission work we did is great.and we check the rear differential out in the back of his car is bad, causing it to send vibration up the driveshaft, tunnel,i called customer and sent him pictures, and called the dealership with him on the phone and the explained the same thing with him about the rear differential going bad.you can call ***** at ************

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Mam I have proof that that is false I had brung my car back to the shop not even 15 minutes after they had done the transmission because I had went on the road to test drive the car and almost crashed into a car because they had left the turbo disconnected. And ever since then my fuel economy has been horrible. And 1 week after the clunking and kicking started. I hadent drove the car till then because I lived in the barracks in the military so we wouldn’t need to drive to work because it was across the street. Then I had tried calling the owner texting and calling as you saw on the screenshots he left me on read and didn’t pick up calls. Then I ended up getting out of the military and ended up homeless for months just recently I was able to get a job as a mechanic after working as a janitor for a few weeks after I finnaly got a job after months. The reason the ford specialist said it was the differential was because the shop owner Mr ***** told him that that was what it was the ford owner never saw the car once about the issue I also can prove that. And if they deny that^ im also willing to go to court under oath. And also about the turbo if they for some reason deny it or say they had no knowledge I was there with 3 people at the time who all Hurd him laugh and say my bad don’t tell nobody as he reconnected the turbo. I can provide number names and all if needed I have nothing to hide this isn’t the first time this shop has messed up jobs I have people who have told me about the sounds coming from their car after visiting the shop. And also mam the warranty paperwork that I had put back in the glovebox  before I left the car with them is not there anymore!!! I had asked the shop owner to please give me the paper back and his response was and I quote”

We didn’t move anything off or on your car.and for the 1000 times the rear differential is going bad .so stop sending me these pictures with these non mechanic, you heard what the dealership said about the differential with your own ears

    ”.

Does that sound like something a shop owner should be telling a customer who’s asking for help? Like I said before mam I have nothing to hide at all or malicious intentions I just am not able to use my car bc of the issue it’s really hurting my life at the moment I have to take rides to work from most of the time from a coworker or a friend just to get to work. I informed the manager when I had came back from bringing the car that I will be contacting the BBB because of the damages caused by them his exact words were “do what you want”. And again mam if he denies any of these claims I’ll go myself wherever you guys are located and show u the screenshots messages call log everything. Thank you very much for your time mam.
You can call me anytime at ************

Also mam the reason I called saying those things were bad was because I wasn’t a mechanic for car I was a heavy diesel mechanic for tanks and tankers and LMTVS I had no knowledge about cars I wasn’t trying to say something that wasn’t it I just did not know what the sound was im not expert mam but before I brung the car in for the transmission my car has only ever needed new tires brakes and a flush that’s it. Never had any issues with it then when I bring it into the shop my turbo is left disconnected by the shop, I bring it back he laughs, reconnects it doesn’t even check to see if the car is ok , and then everything starts happening to my car all connected to the transmission. If this doesn’t fall under negligence I don’t know what does.  and also I forgot to mention the shop owner had referred to me saying that I am satan and the blood of Jesus something something also have proof of that. I do not appreciate this shop owner calling me names and or interfering with my religion in any way shape or form mam.

    Regards,
