    they told me this 3126 cat engine was a good running engine and it was not as I had the tech that would install the engine do a compression test it to make sure it was a good running engine before installing so I would not have a huge bill from installing a engine that was not any good and it is a good thing that I had them test the engine as 2 of the cylinders out of the 6 cylinders failed those 2 cylinders only had 200 psi and with this engine it should have 400 to 480 in all 6 cylinders. and as the tech stated he said that this 3126 cat engine is not a good running engine that it failed completely ! So I want my money back and the company will not answer my messages or my phone calls.

    Here are the facts of this situation:
    On August 3, 2024 the customer purchased a used engine on **** that I had for sale.   We shipped the engine via common carrier to the customer August 6, 2024  The **** ad clearly stated that the Seller does not accept returns.  He asked extensive questions about the engine before he made his purchase.  I answered all   questions to the best of my knowledge.  I sent him a ******* video of the engine running prior to his purchase as well.  The video demonstrated that the engine ran very well.  The engine ran smoothly it did not skip or stumble.  The engine did not produce excessive smoke from the exhaust.  The engine oil was clean it was not mixed with coolant or fuel.  The video showed that the engine did not have excessive crankcase pressure blowby past the piston rings.  The engine did not leak coolant, fuel or oil.  Here is the ******* video the customer was sent.  ************************************************

    I did not have any contact with the customer until February 27, 2025 almost 7 Months after he made his **** purchase.  This is the **** message I received 209 days after he purchased the engine:   YOU RIPPED ME OFF ON THIS 3126 CAT ENGINE THAT YOU SOLD ME!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT ENGINE HAD BEEN TORN APART AND GOUGED UP THE BLOCK AND BROKE THE HEAD BY PRYING ON THE BLOCK AND HEADS. YOU SAID THIS WAS A GOOD RUNNING ENGINE YOU LIED TO ME i PAID OVER $5500 FOR A JUNK ENGINE. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? WE DID A COMPRESSION TEST ON IT AND IT WAS NOT GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     The customer called  and spoke to me March 1, 2025.  He stated that he did not install the engine into his truck.  He said that his mechanic disassembled the engine and that the mechanic decided that it was not a good engine.

    The customer later left a voicemail where he stated that I was a a##hole and that he was going to report me to the Better Business Bureau and the *************************


    I regret that the customer has had Buyers Remorse 7 months after his **** purchase.  The buyer mishandled this entire situation.  I did not offer or imply any warranty on this used engine.  I do not have any reason to believe that the customer or his mechanic are qualified to determine the fitness or condition of this engine.  I will not offer any refund on this engine that has been disassembled by the customer and his mechanic 208 days after its purchase.
