On 11/6/23 I reached out to Cummins Sales and Service for an engine swap on my 2004 Neptune Holiday Rambler **. I was given an estimate of $8,804 (invoice #A-6939) only to receive another estimate of $15,308 for the final price which was double the original price given. On 3/20/24 picked the ** up from Cummins On 5/19/24 on a trip to ******** ** began to shake in the rear and check engine/transmission lights came on. I checked transmission fluid and the dip stick was stuck under the transmission due to lack of proper mounting when engine was put in I then contacted ** ****** with Cummins, he directed me to have it towed to the nearest Cummins. A inspection from Cummins in **************, ** the engine came loose resulting in extensive damage to my **. They found the Cummins in negligence of original service of engine swap and found them responsible for all repairs from the incident. The Cummins in ************** made repairs. Upon returning to ******* on 4/4 my engine/transmission lights came on (none of these lights were on before the incident on May 19th). Upon arriving back into ******* I reached out to Cummins.I was then given a quote and told Cummins would make good on fixing the issues that are still reoccurring and a result from the original incident of the motor coming loose and the numerous damaged parts. On12/3/24 the ** was taken back to Cummins and left again for repairs. We have yet to resolve these issues, not only has Cummins sales and services been negligent on the repairs to my **. I have been charged for parts and services that are a result of the original issue in which ******** was responsible for. ** is still at Cummins and not fixed. On 1/31 During my test drive the transmission light activated again and did not shift upon inspection of the engine area. a cracked exhaust pipe,no mounting bolts, other missing nuts, bolts and brackets that are not secured. I was unable to return the vehicle because of the issue but it has been repaired at my expense.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel the 90 day warranty on any parts was irrelevant to the underlined issue of all the problems in which have occurred. No lights or issue were found within the rv until after the incident in which Cummins found negligence when rv had to be towed to STL Cummins. Cummins repaired some( but not all issues) that had resulted in the loss/lose bolts and extensive damage that occurred to various parts. Some damage that occurred would not have been able to be located until the rv was driven. Upon route back to **. Once I noticed  service lights coming on, I contacted Cummins at *********************** to discuss the issues and was told to bring it in. The issues, that have been on going with our RV, is documented by several people at Cummins that it was a result of the original issue of the improper engine install.

    Sincerely,
