      A blessing to deal with as there seems to be so much stress in obtaining assistance for roof repairs. Matts was quick to respond,the price was less than expected and his roof repair crew friendly and did great work. And they even took the time to answer my questions without trying to sell me anything. Thanks so much ******

      We used Matt's Exteriors to replace our roof a few months ago. They did a fantastic job. The team showed up bright and early as they said they would, they checked in with us before they got started, they did a great job, they checked in with us again once they were finished and they did excellent cleaning up. They even followed up after the work was completed to inspect the qualify of the work completed and to see if there was anything additional we needed or if we had any questions/concerns. We have also used ****** team in the past for minor inspections and repairs. We highly recommend them.

      Matt's Exteriors is a good company for business. I found the service to be excellent from the estimate process to finish. They are honest, reliable, and did great work replacing my gutters.I will get them to replace my roof when the time comes. And I will be calling them to replace the cedar siding on the chimney of one of my rentals. I have them in my database and will be recommending them to my friends. It's hard to find honest, reliable companies who do good work and are reasonable in prices.

      We have been doing business with **** ******* for at least 10 years. He has always done a great job and is very professional. However, in the estimate, ***** said we needed our chimney repaired, but a chimney repair price was not included in the estimate so I thought **** did not do chimneys. If I had known, would have had him repair ours C M and HM

      Many red flags Matts Exterior did not follow James Hardie Point Inspector when installing. On our trim gable large gap left it wasn't like that before they touched it. They intenionally over ordered cedar siding shakes in hopes of double capitalized selling to another client while using your funds sneaky tactic, but company ordered just enough paint for our home for no left overs. This was intentionally done if they knew how much paint use you most diff should have known not over ordered shakes. This there MO order more charge customer resell to another customer. The paint finishing was satin I asked several times share the finishing before purchases I was told they will but they did not I did not want Satin but Satin is whats our home. Employee tried take the remaining paid cedar from our home resale I said wait a mintue did we pay for that Matt employee said yes then it stays. Matt the employee and owner Matt you trying take back cedar I ask will we get reimbursement because you ordered too many cedar shakes both said no. Painter got paint on our new roof shingles if it was in one spot ok pass its 90 percent end shingles yes owner said he will scape off the paint. I said no way you will not damage my shingles I have yet see insurance you said you have and besides and I do not trust you big chance you will damage. I ask Owner Matt file a claim for paint new roof shingles he said no. The painter also painted by metal trim protect our roof when I clearly said to him do not paint it. Walk back outside its painted. They advertise in Shoppers Net license and insured Matt the owner refuse produce, I am waiting this company returned correct large cap trim and replace metal, ask owner Matt when he when can I expect the installer back in complete correct job nasty tone said I dont know. I told owner Matt I am reporting Bbb his response I don't care. I have yet receive warranty paper the salesman said I will get. Poor service then on day three I asked for my invoice the office tells me we being charge extra $600 for two pieces of plywood they put on. These folks are crooks. For payment owner said its 3 percent charge on credit cards they fail mention. Owner is incompetent and ripping folks off orderimgbexyra material therefore Matt owner been the leader he setting poor example for his employees. Beware of these people I hate play race card but Matt owner was not friendly when he came our home today treated me this Hebrew Black woman less than a paying customer. I only ask for quality walk and quality customer service. Bootleg company I will not recommend them.

      This is the same response to a Google review that has been deleted by the Homeowner not by us.

      We all here at Matt's are confused by these harsh comments regarding our company. Matt was there on 10/21/2021 to meet with you as agreed to discuss your issues and concerns regarding your project. This meeting was to address your issues with the work completed on your home per an invoice signed contract. Instantly upon Matt's arrival, you yelled, cursed, berated him, his workers and his company. Once he allowed you to voice your concerns, he tried to explain how we can address your concerns. Unfortunately, you would not allow him to complete his sentences, you called him inappropriate names and then stated you were recording him. Due to you making this a public matter, we would like to address and answer your concerns to help you understand on this public forum. In regards to materials left over at your jobsite which we clean/removed ahead of schedule at your request. We have to and always order more materials to all of our jobsites. This keeps the job running on schedule and keeps the crew moving without delays. These materials belong to us and are brought from and returned to our shop. No credit is issued because no credit is due to you for these materials because you were not charged for the extra siding materials delivered to keep your project moving forward. As for non-communication, we have documentation where 7 interoffice personnel have had multiple phone, in person, and email correspondences with you throughout the course of your project, from start, during, and final today. These correspondences do not include the interaction you have had with our crewmen during your 4 day project. In regards to your paint color and sheen, a color match was used as discussed to the existing color of your home which you agreed to per phone verification. You sent us a swatch of your home that did not match per your admission as your home has been painted 3 times before our arrival. Again, you agreed to the color match from your sample of your home. Per your conversation with our painter, you asked that he paint the drip edge and also asked from him to give you a price to wash your gutters and paint the rest of your home. He instructed you to contact the office for pricing. If you did not like the paint color, sheen, and workmanship, why would you ask for additional services? We can understand your concerns about overspray on your mulch, which we tried to tell you that we would correct via email and in person today with Matt. Per our painter, he made you aware of this mulch overspray which you told him not to worry about it. Again, this was one of the items Matt tried to discuss with you today. You refused to listen and demanded he leave our property, which Matt obliged after being berated with cursing and vulgar insults. We feel this situation results from the extra $665.00 sheathing cost added to your invoice. We tried to help you understand that upon removing your siding from your gables, you did not have proper sheathing in place. We HAD to install this sheathing to bring your home up to code. Sheathing was required to properly install our staggered shale panels. As for our insurance, why are you filing a claim? We did not, have not, nor would we damage your home. We have before, during, and after photos to show the progress of your project. In all honesty, we think your project turned out beautiful and would have loved to showcase it as part of our accomplishments because it turned out so well. We are trying to understand your concerns and tried to workout a plan to address your concerns. Unfortunately, you demanded Matt to leave which he did so. Due to the nature of the meeting earlier today, this unwarranted premature review, and your omission to not pay, we feel it in our best interest to seek legal advice regarding this matter. "Everyone has a right to an opinion, which we respect but not one has the right to berate and belittle someone especially when they're there to try to correct the situation."

      As far as the wood charges, as stated in your contract a sheet of sheathing is $95. We installed 7 sheets making it an additional $665.00. Until the siding is removed we have no way of knowing what condition the wood is in and as far as your home there was no wood. We do have photos to show that there was no wood previously installed on the gables. Again, we HAD to install these sheets to bring your home up to code. The Salesmen were correct and we do send out warranty information. However, the job must be completed and paid in full first. The warranty papers will arrive with your paid receipt once paid in full. As of yesterday, 10/26/2021, we have spoken with the Homeowner and set an agreed upon date, 11/1/2021, for Matt and a Tech to come out and address the list of her concerns. We tried to do this when Matt was previously out on 10/21/2021, however he was asked to leave the property. It has always been Matt'
