- The scheduled hours are to be billed prior to care initiation and on going on the 1st and 15th of each month. (Payment on the first will be for the 1st-15th and payment on the 15th is for the upcoming 16th-last day of month). Any unused visits will be credited back to your account or applied to your next billing cycle. At this time, We accept credit or debit card payments along with ACH bank drafts. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Cash app, or Venmo.
