- Refund and Exchange Policy
DEPOSIT AND BOOKING: A $150 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date. Party packages and Dessert table packages have separate non-refundable deposits of $150 each. We accept credit or debit via PayPal. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party, which will need to be paid completely by credit/ debit the Wednesday before of the event. Must show ID and sign for party the day of event.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE: Cancellations can be done 3 days prior to the party. The $150 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 30 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. As the host(ess), you will need to notify your guests of the cancellation. No refunds on custom made items
FINAL PAYMENT: All outstanding balances are due Wednesday before the party. You may pay with credit / debit card. The remaining balance is based upon your provided final headcount and additional items.
