  I have a problem that needs to be addressed. I am elderly, disabled with a walking/balance problem & have to use a walker. I live alone with my Therapy Dog. I moved into this house in 2024 and hired Ethan Cochran to please dig up my existing grass in a yard with hundreds of holes and rocks and pieces of concrete left by the builder. My large Dog has to go outside several times a day and at least once after dark; therefore, I needed to get rid of the numerous holes and rocks and chunks of concrete (that if hit by a lawnmower, could be thrown into my windows and double-glass patio door). And, when running across the yard, the Dog could break a leg stepping into the numerous holes and onto the rocks.
  Therefore, I hired Ethan C******, ************ (**********************), Fairmont, GA, and his partner or employee, (Brother-n-Law, Jordan) and explained I needed the entire back yard scrapped to loosen the red clay, smooth out the numerous holes, carry away the numerous, large pieces of concrete & rocks (up to 8 inches) and please plant the best Grass possible for a yard with no trees, facing the East, with the morning sun on the yard, and afternoon shade. I desperately explained it was strickly for the Dog, as I could not walk across the yard to pick up rocks, or to water the yard with sprinklers, as I have 14 broken bones in my body with broken neck, back, legs, knees, ankles, jaws, shoulders etc.
  Ethan agreed to do the yard, rent the equipment, call me and come to set out sprinklers as needed, and had me pay him $*** for one bag of Grass Seed, in addition to me paying him and Jordan for labor, equipment rental, plus I bought them lunch & drinks, allowed them to come inside to rest from the heat, etc.  I paid him $***** deposit 11/15/24, (ck #***), $***** 11/18/24,  (ck #***) &  $*** 1/25/25, (ck #***), for a total of $******** and he never called me, nor come to set sprinklers, and ALL I got was 95% of my yard COVERED in nothing but CRABGRASS in mounds approximately 3 feet wide, and absolutely NO ... GRASS !!! And, my Dog brought me approximately 45 pieces of concrete about 6 inches long and rocks about 6x4x2. 
  I finally had to pay someone to take my Dog to the Vet to make sure she did not crack her teeth.
  I waited and waited and waited for GRASS to grow, while the CrabGrass multiplied and multiplied without the need for water, and all I have is a yard with holes and CrabGrass and rocks out my yang-yang. This is totally unacceptable and should be illegal!
  My new Lawn person has put Bleach and weed killer on the CrabGrass Mounds (which does not help), but there are too many (hundreds) of CrabGrass Mounds covering my back yard. I have to pay my Lawn person $** per week just to mow down the CrabGrass and the other 5% of my back yard is Red Clay Dirt with wheat straw covering the ground to keep the Dirt & Mud off my Dog's feet. 
  Now, my new Lawn person plans to dig up the yard and start over AGAIN which will leave Dirt and Mud in my entire yard until grass starts to grow, (price quoted at close to $***** plus water) causing my Dog to have nothing but Dirt and Mud on her feet and body every time she comes inside my home with my Grey Carpet, and being a Therapy Dog, she gets on my bed when I am in great pain from my disability problems!!
  I want to report Ethan Cochran for his lack of knowledge in lawn work and taking advantage of me by taking a job he totally could not do, and charging me close to $*****, and me having to go over 10 months without GRASS, and, as promised, his not checking to see if grass was even growing­ with them knowing they left all the holes and rocks and concrete in the yard  and me having to PAY close to $***** to have my yard re-done again, facing the cold weather with nothing but Dirt in my yard for my 40 lb. Therapy Dog.
  I have not been.able to make contact with Ethan because of my medical problems AND waiting to see if I was going to get real Grass. My only family are in California, so I do not have family to handle this problem for me, and I am a recent Widow and live alone with a serious walking disability, (on a walker) and have no one but myself to take care of my Dog when she needs to be in the yard and return with dirty feet!!
  When I moved into this home, 4/24, I paid $****** to fence-in the back yard for this Dog. I anxiously await your response.
  Your immediate attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
