    My credit card was charge $1,039 on ***** ** **** for a service that was never performed. The representative was Nathan and he charge me without a written contract. I spoke to a Terry several times, and he said my money would be refund within the week and that Nathan was fired because he stolen money from the company. The law states that any person that represents a company, the company is liable to the consumer. I have been calling each Thursday since ***** **** and they no longer answer the phone when I call. I just want my money back and the interest that I have incurred.

    I had Spray Foam Genie do some work for me and they did it, and I paid them for more work to be done and I have been trying to call them for a few weeks now and no one will call me. back.
    The email they gave me on the contract does not now. The person I talked with was Nathan O**** and his phone number is ************* They own me $685.00 for work not done. I have the contract where they said they would do future work and show where they charged my card. It looks like the company is not there. Can you help me with this matter.

    A Spray Foam employee did a walk through in my attic and fell through my ceiling April 16 2024. They patched the hole 4/18/24 and scheduled a time for them to repair it completely. Tiffany left me a voicemail saying they would reverse the $600 for work that I was going to get done but decided not to because of the hole incident. She also stated that she wanted to stop by the house to look at the hole but that never happened. March 31, 2024 we text about her and Zach coming by and they didn't show up like they said they would. I haven't heard anything from them since. I also still have a load of waste, in my yard, from them doing work that needs to be removed as well.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hole in your ceiling. When it initially occurred, we tried to schedule a time to return, but you mentioned that you would be traveling for over three weeks. Upon your return, our schedule was quite booked, and we had limited flexibility. Additionally, while we were on your property, your dog bit me, requiring a rabies shot and stitches, and also attempted to bite three other workers. We would like to reimburse you for the $1,100 and forward the medical bill for the rabies shot and stitches. Thank you so much for your understanding.
