    This contractor made custom cabinets, which we paid for in advance. The cabinets are missing all the shelving and he is refusing to complete the work.

    Regarding this matter the client has been put In touch with the cabinet maker which was the sub contractor on this project. The client’s husband was given all the information on several occasions with the cabinet makers cell number and email. I am not responsible for clients mis handling information. Also due to this matter client was charged on a blanket invoice which covered all items including labor and materials. The client short paid the final invoice telling me what they were going to pay for our labor. Even after this I still responded to the client with the information they requested. She has made several attempts to deface my company’s name on my companies social media sites. The client short paid over $10,000.00 and continues to try and ruin my name. I have responded to her with all required information. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because: I was just wanting the shelving for these cabinets and we paid him 1700.00 for a window to be installed. We have the window but it was never installed. We had an agreement to pay 75.00 an hour. He claimed that he worked 24 weeks and by the charges 8 hours a day five days a week at 90.00 an hour. We paid what was initially agreed and he did not work all those hours. This would be resolved if he would give us the shelves that go in the cabinets.
