    Terrible. Say their coming 12:00 - 3:00, come 3:30, nothing. You call, girl says let her check and will give you a call back. Still nothing. So we call back, then they say 5:00 - 6:30, no show.So we call, they say their lost. Not a good way to run a business. No communication. Also wanted to know if wed be able to pay same day. Really, that hard up.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that you have encountered. We were not aware of this appointment and the person that you possibly spoke to, is no longer with our company. Regarding the same day payment, the only time we request a same day payment is if the job is started and completed the same day. That is standard for most companies that provide a service, to protect the company from being scammed by a consumer. It is standard for Nail Salons, Hair Salons and even when you take your vehicle to a Service Shop. We are hopeful that you found a company to support your request and home remodeling needs. Thank you for making us aware of this situation!

    This construction company is a complete scam. Andrew and his team were subcontracted to build my paralyzed father a handicap bathroom. This went on from June to September. Imagine having to have bed baths for over 4 months…this is elder abuse! The work was unacceptable and they had to redo the tile twice and then just stopped showing up. Beware of Andrew and Bartow Construction.

    We sincerely apologize for the frustration that you have encountered with this experience. Unfortunately, we employed incapable employees, and we take full responsibility for that. However, we are not out scamming people and most certainly would never harm an elderly person. We paid out of our own funding to correct the imperfections. We tried to make things right and complete the job at our own expense, but you asked that we no longer return to your home, once the job had been mostly completed. Legally, we must adhere to your request. We have the utmost respect for every client that we encounter and have changed our hiring practices to ensure that this is not an issue in the future. We are sincerely apologetic!
