Important information
- Additional Info:This company came to the BBB attention in September 2018 during the course of a complaint that was filed, the BBB did its due diligence and vetted company licenses that were in question.
BBB was unable to locate or verify with the Georgia Secretary of State a facility license for this company nor could we locate a engineer license for the owner, Jack Case.
While reviewing the complaint response from the company, the company states "JDC Engineering, Inc has been in business for nearly 20 years. The Incorporation license was registered through my attorney, that retired a few years ago and failed to tell me that I would need to register yearly with the State. I have started the process of re registering my business". Mr. Case also stated "Some jobs require a sealed engineering report and/or drawings, of which, my associate, Mr. Bill Thornton will seal the engineering reports or drawings".
According the the Georgia Secretary of State web page, Mr. William A. Thornton, III of Jasper TN has an active Professional Engineer license.
