      Exceptional customer service! As a retail customer, I phoned them about finding the right fertilizer.
      The first person who answered the phone surprisingly knew about the chemistry of their products. She transferred me to another person for specific product recommendations.
      That person was out to lunch and before the phone went to an answering service, another employee called me on another line asking if I got help I needed. She gave me specific product info and where to buy!.
