    I am very happy with the new HVAC system from Ferguson Heating and Air. The salesman, *****, has many years of experience installing ************ himself. He was great about explaining all of the options and giving me enough information to do a cost benefit analysis on various systems. He went over the payback period on different sizes of systems, heat pump vs. traditional heating and air systems, and whether to replace the upstairs unit at the same time as the downstairs unit. He answered all of my questions and did not try to up-sell me. He told me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. Thank you!

    I was in a bind and needed service for a rental home in **********. Intermittent heat from unit reported by the tenant. Called Ferguson and Paid $96 for a service call expecting them to take care of the issue. After the service call I was told I would have to pay an additional $563 to replace the control board for further diagnosis, even though there were no error codes visible, and recommended I just change out the entire unit that is only 8 years old. OK, so $659 invested to attempt to fix a unit or sell me a new unit is just a rip off in my book. Parts changers and not true technicians. So I called a more honest service company I have used before and it was fixed next day for $85. A dirty flame sensor is all that it was. If the unit did need a control board the board cost is only $85 and 20 minutes to install. They wanted $659 and that would not have fixed the problem. I would be very careful using this company and get a second opinion.
