    Hello,My *********** had dinner at The Juicy Crab in **********, ******* this evening. We've visited other locations, this was by far the WORST experience! My complaint's are as follows:1) *********** was very slow.2) I waited 10 minutes to receive my cocktail, unfortunately it had a horrible taste/flavor.3) I waited another 15 minutes to get another cocktail and was told by the waitress "the bartender is also waiting on tables, that's why you have to wait". I told the waitress that wasn't our problem and requested to speak with the manager.The Manager by the name of *******, came to our table and told us he was transferred from the *************** location. I advised him the drink was terrible, and the service was slow. ******* told me "I apologize, I will take a discount off of the 2 entrees". In the interim, I ordered dessert and asked for the check.Upon reviewing the check, I noticed I was charged $8.00 for the drink I returned. I asked for ******* to come to our table. He pointed out at the top of the menu, in a very dark color and not very noticeable, "the drinks aren't refundable". I advised him I don't pay for ANYTHING I'm not satisfied with! He stated he would take care of it. A new check was given to me and the only discount he took off the was $1.00 (military discount). Once again, I asked for *******. When he came back to our table, I told him this must be an error, and reminded him of the discount he said he would take off in the beginning of our conversation. He replied " I can't take off any more than $1.00". I said to him "it was appalling and rude of him to say one thing and do another after the service and long wait we had"! He just stood there and looked at me. I advised him a complaint will be filed regarding this terrible experience! He looked at me, then walked away! I paid $90.00 for very slow service, long wait and a terrible Manager! It seems he may need training in Management as a business owner myself.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    The waitress in ********** ** location "coincidently" added $20 to our credit card for her tip. After we already paid and HANDED her the cc receipt AND a $20 CASH tip then left. The transaction showed on credit card later, naturally. SAD customer service. The Manager pulled up receipt and it showed the $20 had been added. He said he was going to look into it. He called back same day and said ***** remembered us and she was so sorry about the mix up. It was supposed to be for the table next to/behind us. We protested that statement with a basic HOW? Then the manager proceeds to tell us that our waitress is a good person and he's known her for...WHO CARES...She stole from ** on a credit card transaction and you tell us she said it was meant for the other table next to/behind us. REALLY?! The likelyhood that she got the same $20 from next table was so Far Fetched. He said he'd refund the $20. We asked if he'd compensate more for the mishap or whatever he wanted to call it. He said NO he couldnt do anymore. At that point, we Demanded BOTH $20 tips she received back on our card. He talked to GM and called us back the next day saying it was done., $40 credit, $20 cash and $20 from card. However; still nothing for the time and suffering caused by extra $ "missing". (Sorry your friend travelled so far to visit and you chose JuicyCrab.) How unjust for the customer to have something go wrong and no repercussions to the ones at fault. They look out for their own I guess. He hung up saying they would look into it. (Mmmkay) If you havent done so already, then...Anyway the very Next Day, $20 was added back to the creditcard, leaving us paying the thief. Ive been calling the store for hours to no avail. I guess we'll try reaching out to corporate and maybe even pressing charges for theft since they apparently think light of this incident. Last words...EVERYONE, CHECK YOUR BALANCES EVERY TIME YOU SWIPE ANYWHERE. SMDangH Sorry for the length. Knowing is Half the Battle.
