      Installed a window with the wrong color (green, not white) and attempted to install it on rotted wood. When informed that the color was incorrect, the installer said they would call the next day with a resolution. After several days, we called the sales *** named ***** ******** and was informed that they had gone out of business. He provided the office managers cell number, whom confirmed that the business had permanently closed. We are left with a green window while the rest are white that cannot be painted.

      Customers existing ********************* were wood single pane clear glass, Newsouth window solutions only replaced 1 window which is a viny white frame and dual pane low e glass, this high efficiency glass has a green shade to block harmful uv rays.  This glass is what was demonstrated when the sales person was at the house.  Glass can't be painted.
