    In late Feb 2024, we started to have issues with our Maytronic DOLPHIN T45 , which is still under warranty. We filled out the required forms to have our Dolphin serviced. We would be in the Atlanta area and were told it would be ok to drop off the Dolphin at the service location.When the item was dropped off on March 15, the service person who took our Dolphin said the turnaround time could be as quickly as that afternoon or the following week.We were told we would receive an email. A week goes by and we call the customer service number. They first claimed that the Dolphin hadn't been received and when we inform them that they are wrong because we physically delivered the item.They then change their response and it suddenly shows in the system that it is being evaluated and will take 2-3 weeks.Week after week, it is the same thing and useless updates. We are convinced that customer service only reads a script and doesn't know anything about the status of our repair.The Serial number: ********** for our Dolphin.We would appreciate a real update on the repair status. Or even based on the many reviews we have read, does Maytronics actually do repairs and honor the warranty of their items.Will we even ever get our Dolphin back or will we always be the endless wait 2-3 weeks!!

    We are happy with our pool cleaner. We live in ******* and the parts do need to get replaced occasionally. Ours is still under warranty. I contacted Maytronics they gave me a return authorization. I sent it back to them. Two days later I got a call from them letting me know what they were going to be taking care of, they did just that put it into shipping the next day and I will receive it tomorrow, all refurbished. This company is five star in my book. They stand behind their products and honor the warranty no questions asked.
