STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE On Saturday Nov 23rd I proceeded to engage in purchasing the 2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid, I had a 2hr conversation with a sales person named *****. Prior to that my husband also visited the same day. I provided all my information to ***** advising him that I had my own financing, it was a constant struggle making sure they understood that. Once I was with the finance person *******. He had to also be told I had my own financing. Once leaving with the Retail Agreement and the Motor Vehicle in hand I was told by ***** that he was hiding the keys and the car was mine. He gave me his cousin KJ there as another sales *** as he was out of office for the holiday week. Once I started the ball rolling with my credit union I was in constant text communication starting monday Nov25th at 8:15 all the way until the cashier's check was delivered Nov 27th at 10:45am. I was texted at 12 by ** as ***** is OOO on holiday asked me to call him whereby he proceeded to tell me that the car was sold. And proceeded to advise that he would look for another car with his manager *****. I called manager *****, who was the rudest manager I have ever encountered, no customer service empathy, not apologetic at all, just attempted to ask me what my credit score was to run my credit and get financed by them. He told me nothing they could do anyway because the vin was on the check by the bank. He was cold and heartless and never attempted to apologize. I will be going to all outlets and sites used for recommendations to detail my experience. You have the most unprofessional dishonest group of salespeople in ***************. I just paid $44.00 for the bank check to be ***** back because it was a fully funded loan. Also the check was endorsed when I got there to pick it up which means that they were going to deposit it regardless of the fact that that the car was sold SENT THIS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER

Mrs. ****** *****,I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at our dealership. It is always our intention to make sure every customer receives the highest level of consideration when we are in communication. After reviewing our records, I have confirmed that we were not able to complete the necessary paperwork to record a purchase for the vehicle you were interested in purchasing. Additionally, no money was exchanged as well. Again, I am very sorry, but we are unable to reserve vehicles under these conditions. I am offering to reimburse you the $44.00 overnight fee that you incurred. If you are ever willing to give me a second chance at your business, I will personally take care of you at the store. I will make sure you get my very best deal up front, of course. Sincerely,**** ******* General Manager

Just stay away from **** Case dealership! I purchased a used vehicle from **** Case Hyundai. There are several issues as follows:1. I was charged document fees on top of the advertised price when Georgia law states that listed/advertised prices must include all fees except title/tax (********************************************************************************************************) 2. The salesperson continuously repeated that the "**** Case Warranty" provides a 10yr/100k mile powertrain warranty on top of the used vehicle current condition so that I would have a powertrain warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase and the 100k miles would be in addition to the current mileage of the vehicle (******). I have received no documentation on this, even though it has been requested multiple times. 3. Advertised price was $29,997 but during negotiations it was reduced to $27,500. The dealership bill of sale only provides a line item "Cash price including taxes of ($1906) $31,900.07" which is misleading because after hours of negotiation they put this document in front of you saying it is for the loan and I just sign it without trying to do the math. Turns out I paid full price for the vehicle! 4. Negotiated a trade-in value from original offer of $2500 to $5000 but then was told that they had to disperse the difference so they added a charge of $1,295 as a line item for VAS appearance protector. When I saw this after the fact, I asked for my warrant on the appearance protection and was told there was none that was just make up line for the trade-in negotiations. Then why give me $5,000 for the trade-in, just say you are only giving me $4705!

I purchased my vehicle in June 2024. My tag information was never processed. I had to apply for a temporary extension. I am currently at the end of this tag extension and I still do not have my tag. I have called multiple times to get information and nobody answers the phone or returns the call from my voicemail. The tag office states that nothing has been processed. Its been almost three months since Ive had my car and still no communication. I am very sad and sorry that I came to them.

They are the most deceitful company I have ever encountered. They threatened us when trying to buy a car that if we did not use their preferred lender that there was no guarantee they could sell us the car. We received confirmation from our bank that the funds were sent however this dealership insisted they did not receive the wired funds we had been in communication with them throughout the entire week asking for confirmation. Finally on Friday at 530pm of a long weekend they called us and said sorry the car has been sold to someone else and that we had to call our lender to cancel the loan. The sales manager ***** was incredibly rude disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not suggest purchasing a vehicle from this dealership EVER.

Extremely unreasonable and COLD experience. I flew from ************** to buy an MDX. Online Express Checkout showed X number which were reasonable based on NC state tax (3%). Also, confirmed by Internet Sales TeP *******.However, when I sat with the ******************* it was one after another fee ($900+: just tag processing and third part processing fees). This is in addition to $799 doc plus Electronic filing fee $133. I am OK with the doc and electric filing fee.Fees. Not OK when the total reaches over $3500 (NC tax bracket: 3%. With tag title: at NC DMV cost another $100) above the cost of the car.additional fees that were not disclosed by the Sales Rep. ***** MISREPRESENTATION.Next, I was left stranded by the Sales Rep ******* at the dealership at night by 10:30pm. I asked can you drop me back to the airport. He replied, he WILL NOT. He has to do the opposite direction. I had to take a Lyft to get to the airport by mid-night.I felt complete worthless by **** Acura staff!!!I am extremely disappointed with such a bad experience. Unethical business practices. World need to know! This clearly show Rick Case Acura doesnt care about their customer and treated me like TRASH.If GM cares. I can be reached.

Sales experience was pleasant, no pressure and knowledgeable. At least 4, maybe 5 stars there.Service is an entirely different story. My vehicle, with under 3K miles, has been having problems since February 1 (nearly four months ago). This was when the message "Check Active Air Flap" started popping up frequently, and heat / A/C stopped working. The first two months were due to *** corporate parts delays and ************* misdiagnosis of the problem (was in twice, neither found extent of damage). This was annoying, but somewhat tolerable as I had my vehicle to drive during this time and lack of heat / air conditioning was not critical in winter/early spring. Frequent warning popups were annoying, but also tolerable. The second two months were without my vehicle and was mostly due to repeated communication failures (they RARELY return voicemails / messages), failure to determine needed parts and order in advance, and a failure to schedule properly. The initial quote of $2119 climbed to $3139. This all lies on *************'s service department. I'm currently facing what is likely several more weeks until checks arrive in the mail to ************* (checks for the two increases over original $2119, I have that payment ready for them). The Service Manager is unwilling to return my vehicle until then, as they might need my signature. Yes, my vehicle is allegedly ready to pickup, but I cannot do so until they receive checks for payments my insurance has agreed to and has mailed (first one exactly two weeks ago today). These are checks for additional work / parts that were "missed" in the original quote.Oh, and no loaner vehicle has been available at any point during this time, even when it was still considered to be covered by warranty.

"My car was brought in for repairs around February 20th, but it still hasn't been released. I've had to use rental cars and Uber at additional expense for work, and ************* has offered no solution other than apologies. They provided two rental cars upon continued insistence, but that was only for 10 days each. I wouldn't have even mentioned it if I hadn't been asked. There was no mention of when the car would be ready when I spoke to them on May 3rd. This situation is incomprehensible. This level of customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, as I've heard from those around me.

I am aware of this particular customer. We encountered a significant issue with our vendor responsible for repairing cylinder heads. The vendor held onto the cylinder heads for over 30 days, but we've recently received them back. As soon as we did, we repaired the vehicle. The customer was notified yesterday that the vehicle is ready for pickup and is expected to arrive today at 10:00 AM. Additionally, I've instructed ***** to inform the customer that he will be reimbursed for the cost of alternate transportation incurred during the repair period.

My boyfriend was in the market for a Chrysler Pacifica, we went to ************* Hyundai. After the test drive he decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. He already secured the financing with Navy Federal so we started the paperwork. As we're doing the paperwork *********************** tells us that if we use the check from Navy federal, we wouldn't be able to take the car that day, we'd have to wait 5-7 days for the check to clear, or if we wanted, we can use their financing at a higher interest rate or ask Navy federal for a cashier's check. After running around trying to get a cashier's check, we decided to wait the 7 days for the check to clear. I called ***** and told him our decision and he stated that was ok but, if someone else came in and wanted the vehicle after we gave him the check and did all the paperwork, he would still sell the vehicle bc technically the vehicle was on hold. I said what sense did that make bc they would've already taken our money. He said that he doesn't make the rules and that's just how things are done there. After going back and forth with him for a while, we decided that this isn't the type of company that we agreed to do business with. It seems very unethical to take payment for a vehicle, then sell it to another customer while you wait for it to clear the bank.
