    Had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I placed a $1,000 deposit on a vehicle, and after some unexpected issues with Autocheck/odometer discrepancies came up, I asked to cancel the deal. They told me the deposit was refunded not once, but multiple times yet weeks went by and the money never showed up on my card.Meanwhile, they kept the listing live on their website and even lowered the price, but when I asked if we could revisit the price (given the new asking and all the complications), they refused to budge. All while still insisting my refund was processed. It wasnt until I made it clear I wasnt buying the car and would be initiating a chargeback that they finally admitted it would take a few more business days.Bottom line: they held my money, lied about refunding it, and kept giving me the runaround while trying to resell the car. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

    I want to take a moment to share feedback regarding a concerning incident I experienced today with the finance manager, ****. Unfortunately, his conduct was highly unprofessional. He spoke down to me as a customer and explicitly stated that it was not his job to explain the various products and optional add-ons that were included in my purchase ordermany of which I did not consent to. When I calmly brought this to his attention, he became defensive and began raising his voice. He then asked me to leave his office so he could prioritize another customer, despite my issue still being unresolved. This behavior was both dismissive and unacceptable, and it has significantly diminished my trust in doing further business with this location.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the *** Gwinnett dealership regarding the oil change package I purchased for my vehicle. Despite having an active oil change package, the dealership refused to perform an oil change because the oil change indicator had been reset by the dealership where I purchased the car.The facts of the situation are as follows:My last oil change was in September ******* vehicles mileage is currently ****** miles over the last oil change.Refusing to perform the oil change based solely on the reset indicator is unreasonable, especially when the vehicles mileage and maintenance records clearly show it is overdue. This neglect of service undermines the value of the oil change package I paid for and risks unnecessary wear and tear on my vehicle.I believe this refusal to honor the package is unacceptable and demonstrates poor customer service. I am requesting that *** Gwinnett resolve this issue by performing the oil change as part of the package I purchased.I hope this matter is addressed promptly to restore trust in their service.Sincerely,******* *********
