5/3/23 Amount ***** Tried to call Cavalier no answer Called Amazon they said since it had been shipped they couldnt do anything Called Discovery and they could not help. Transaction was not ordered or approved by me. The item was ***** plus***** to ship and **** in tax. I would never pay to ship an item that cost *****, ***** shipping is ridiculous. I read all the complaints about the company and wanted to reach out to you. There is a transaction # ************. I hope you can help me. I bought furniture from this company on Amazon, a patio set. When I received the package, the two legs of one of the chairs were broken. I requested the parts and they told me to expect them in **** days. After 3 weeks waiting I contacted them to see when would the parts arrive. They told me they didn't have anymore parts available but they could offer a $20 refund to compensate me. I spent $200 on the set. I asked them for a full refund so I could buy another set and to compensate me for the time and money spent on a product that can't be delivered the way it's advertised. They refused. They told me that in order to get a full refund I needed to send back the whole set.I got Amazon involved and they agreed to them to send me a new chair. When Amazon started an email chain to follow up on the agreement and to request a tracking number for the chair, they replied saying they could offer me $30 but nothing else. I'm still filing claims through Amazon and I won't stop until this matter gets solved. I want a full refund.This type business should be banned since they can't deliver the products they advertise. They are super unprofessional and shouldn't be on the market. It's a total scam and everyone should read the reviews before buying anything from them.Initial Complaint

Sellers return policy states refunds within 30days, however when you contact to return they send you a label and you must pay the $183.00 shipping fee to return it. there is no where on the sellers page that states buyer is responsible for return fee. Seller is an absolute scammer! I paid for a dog crate from them 2 weeks ago and it has still not even been shipped! The tracking number is phony, ever since the first day it just says shipping label created. I reached out after a week and a half when my item hadnt been shipped and asked for a refund. They told me I could wait a few more days to see if it ships. Extremely unprofessional.Business Response

I purchased a sofa in 2020 of July from Amazon, i have plenty of responses from this complex providing me with false tracking information and never delivered the second section on the sofa as seen in pictures. I tried numerous of times to get the sofa canceled and asked for a refund but the company refused. This ordeal went on for 3 months until Amazon said it wasnt anything they could do. They company is shady and I am now looking to get compensation for what I never received. Like before, when I was provided with my tracking number it was invalid, still is today I cant even see where it was delivered from. WE1145745 was the number and every time I search the page crashes. Transaction date December 7th 2022 amount of purchase item was a **** and I was charged **** **** delivery charge I do believe I was ripped off because it was Cyber Monday everything was supposed to be free shipping and it does State **** shipping but I didn't realize it until after I paid for everything and looked over my Chargers I then filed complaint with Amazon and Cavalier and nobody can give me my money back there's no reason for a **** product to be paid the same amount for shipping I would like to get my money back for shipping half of it cuz they cannot prove that it's flat rate fee they cannot help me either Amazon or whatever and it's just bad business you can reach me by the end by the number above email above and I will be happy to discuss it with somebody and I'm still going to fight for my money backInitial Complaint

Hi there , I made an order on Nov 25 for dinning chairs set of 2 and I ordered quantity 2 which is 4 chairs in total and I paid for it !After 8 days waiting I received only one set of 2 which is only 2 chairs! I was disappointed I contacted ***** they say they had only one box was sent from you to deliver to my address!! Please contact me to solve the problem and deliver the rest of my order or I'm going to return this order to Amazon .Thank you ****
