      Home Decor Liquidators LLC DBA Home Decor Outlets file Chapter 11, February 2022.As direct result of the Pandemic. Due to two states ************** and ************ Home Decor Liquidators were forced to shutter for over one year. Resulting in a filing of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2022.

      I had a bed and dresser on layaway and paid in full. At this time, I was told that the shipment was being delayed because of the pandemic. I then asked for a refund and was told that they would give me store credit. Next thing, they were closed and I've reached out to the store in Columbia that was opened. I've spoken with a ************ who was a manager transfer from the ************* Store and he and I communicate. He ordered me another bedroom set and stated that he had other customers from ********** that he had to delivered also to. Next thing, the store in Columbia was closed. I am wanting my money back and if not a bedroom set.*********************

      I had put some money on a bedroom set and the last time I heard from them was last year and I still have the email. They told me that they sent my account to the home dcor outlet on kings highway. And just found out on the news today that they file bankruptcy. I was trying to go back there to get my money back yesterday.

      They filed bankruptcy last year and was still taking people money this year. The Lawyer is *********************** in *******. Its a scam. Make sure to file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General

      Back in 2020 I ordered a king size bedroom room set and king size mattress and queen size bedroom set and mattress I only had these items almost two years my daughter bed is broken and the king size is sinking in and the queen size mattress is spring is uncomfortable for my 14 years daughter, I also paid for the warranty I reported it to home dcor they was supposed to be finding a resolution in April 2022, I called and called no answer I went to home decor there was nothing in the store. No furniture and no personal

      Store owes me for store credit. Went to call and store was closed, permanently. They owed me $569.98. No call, no information. I called corporate in ******* about 20 times with no answer.

      I paid off a bedroom set and have been waiting since December 2020 for my merchandise because I was told to hurry and pay it off to be one of the 1st to get mine. I only have the 2 night stands and am still waiting on my bed and dresser. Keep being told " a couple more weeks" and still nothing. Now they appear to be closed down for good without any further notice (colonial heights location).
