    The eclipse apartment is one of the most unprofessional places for the second time in a row. They have shut off the power and only let us know at 4 PM an hour before they leave today when it shut off I got the email at 4:16 where the water was not supposed to be shut off until 12 I go and make a complaint And the leasing office let me know that they had to pick one side or the other to have water. I work outside job where I sweat all day and youre telling me that they knew about this problem for two weeks and just shut off one unit. And when asked what are they gonna do they said oh itll be back on 11 PM or maybe in the morning. What I have learned from them is they never tell the truth one time they said that our water be off for 3 to 4 hours, we did not get our water back on until 6 AM right before I had to go to work

    Dear Ms. Smith,

     

    During the month of September, we suffered two major underground emergency water leaks as a result of pipes bursting at Eclipse which did in fact require the property water to be shut off. In our communication with the resident, we provided the initial information given to us by the contractors repairing the pipes. We apologize for the delay in restoring water services as we were unaware of the severity of the problem until it was communicated by our contractors. I hope this detail helps to resolve any questions regarding the need to suspend water services during September. It is always our goal to properly notify and schedule water interruptions.

    Late May 2024, I received an update on my credit karma that my credit score had been significantly impacted due to a bill from the Eclipse that was sent to collections from July 2023. I moved out in July 2023 and had fully satisfied my account upon leaving. When I got ahold of the manager, ******, she informed me that this was an error collections bill and Eclipse regional management was resolving the issue. It's been over a month and a half, the bill is still in collections, management or the regional offices will not return my calls/emails. My credit was severely affected, and I am not the only one that was impacted by this extreme error. I need this OFF my record and I need to understand how the Eclipse/Park ********************** intends to rectify my credit score!

    A landlord/tenant dispute involving a severe pest infestation (cockroaches). I am the tenant and I have well documented an ongoing and damaging infestation with photos/videos spanning 3+ months. Numerous calls and emails to the leasing office and management have fallen on **** ears. I requested to escalate the problem to the property owner, but nothing has come from that. My unit has multiple colonies of roaches in every room. They come from under the countertops, the walls and vents, the carpet and cabinets. They probably number in the tens (if not hundreds) of thousands as they breed rapidly and are highly resistant to chemical treatments. This issue has taken a toll on my physical health and wellbeing as well as my emotional state. Twice I have missed work from dreadfully painful gastrointestinal problems as a result of the unsanitary living conditions. Also, I have had many sleepless nights when I wake up with several cockroaches crawling on my hair and face. I have spoken to a few of my neighbors and they have expressed similarly horrifying conditions. It seems like the entire building needs to be condemned. I have submitted a formal document to management stating the problem with damages and expectations for recovery. I have had many personal belongings and furniture utterly destroyed by the pest infestation and subsequent f**** This resulted in thousands of dollars worth of property damage and priceless effects ending up being thrown into a dumpster. It has been so unlivable in fact, that I have had no choice but to flee the premises suddenly at great personal cost and difficulty. The Eclipse-****** managed incompetently by Park Town Living owes me an apology and monetary restitution.

    This resident moved out on 12/27/23.   We did not receive this notice until 12/28/23, as an fyi.   The current ****************** began managing this community in August 2023.  According to the resident's maintenance records, this unit was treated before the current management company (Parktown Living) began managing the property.    Since Parktown Living began managing the community, we have not received maintenance requests from this residents regarding pest control issues.  The whole property is undergoing a pest control cleanout on 1/15/24.
