However, what's not understandable is the fact that we have requested our funds to be returned to us and Borg/ Toby B***** up to this point has failed to return our funds. Now, he is ignoring our calls and emails for updates on when will we receive our money back. We know for a fact Borg/Toby B***** did not use our funds for the services he said he would provide in the contract. We have had several calls with the banks representative that no funds were received from Borg/Toby B***** for our deal. At this point he is asking us to wait for him to close a diamond deal in order to return our funds. WE DID NOT INVEST IN A DIAMOND DEAL WITH BORG/TOBY B*****
Here is the point, our email and text at this juncture our aggressive, due to the fact that it's been 12wks and he acts like he's so busy with other things to return our calls and/or text. REGARDLESS of the aggressiveness of our email and text due to frustration, Borg/Toby B***** owes us our money back BECAUSE HE CAN'T PERFORM. He had given us dates of when he would have the funds to us, obviously none of those dates have come to fruition, hence I am writing this complaint. This complaint isn't to damage his business, it's to help others make a make a solid decision whether or not to work with him and Borg. He talks really big, but his performance is extremely small. Be cautious.
I will GLADLY update this complaint when our money is returned. My next stop is RIP-off report. Be cautious.
