    This dealership is the worst. The sales *** was and still is uncommunicative and the finance department does not help make matters better. I can't reach a manager and no one will help me sort out how to make a payment on my van. I will never do business with them again.

    Horrible experience. Purchased a vehicle from out of state in December and three months later, we are still waiting on registration/tags. Started trying to get help in February, voicemails full, no email response, phone rings off the hook. Finally got in touch and the finance manager resorted to name calling because I said their dealership was incompetent. If you see a great deal; it's too good to be true. They will try to sneak in fees, and it will not be worth it. Run away.

    I would give zero stars if it were an option. My husband and I experienced an utterly unacceptable level of incompetence and disregard for customer time at the Duluth show room today. After being passed between three different salespeople and subjected to two separate driver's license scans--all for a car we could easily pay cash for--we were denied a simple test drive. To compound the issue, the vehicle in question was advertised with incorrect mileage and pricing.This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's a fundamental breach of trust and a blatant display of disrespect for potential buyers. If you value your time and expect transparency, I strongly advise you to avoid this dealership. Their practices are not only inefficient but also indicative of a larger problem with their integrity. I do not know if it was sexism, racism or what but save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. It was completely ridiculous. I have never been treated this poorly in my life.Also, as a side note, we went to a dealership down the road who was very happy to let us test drive a car and let us buy it. It was a Pretty Woman moment.

    I purchased a vehicle from here in May 2024. After a day of driving it, I began having trouble with my car constantly telling me to add oil. I had to drive to autoplex every week for them to add more oil or adjust the sensor. After about 2 months of weekly visits and multiple attempts of asking them to stop doing temporary fixes for a bigger issue, they finally agreed the sensor should be changed. Once the sensor was changed it does not work at all. It tells me that I am at the max with oil. To my surprise I had a leak in my car with NO oil, but my car still read full oil, no oil light came on, NOTHING! When I arrived, I spoke directly with the service manager Raza who explained to me that he does not work for free, and he will not work on my car unless Autoplex pays him for it.After about an hour the accountant Veronique/****** B, came to me to let me know she would not authorize them to fix my car because a new sensor was already put into my vehicle her exact words were "If you leave autoplex and your car breaks in half the next day, that's not our problem." When asked to speak to the manager ******, she told me that it was her store and she runs it. She then instructed the service manager to return my key to me and told me to leave. She told me "Not to forget that she had my first and last name." I took that 100% as a threat to my safety.Veronique had no reason to insert herself into this matter because there was no new authorization or finances needed. The problem I have was already authorized, it just was not completed properly by **** who works hard to NOT fix cars to ensure his monthly bonuses are larger. The less he spends on parts, THE MORE HE GETS COMPENSATED. Instead of letting the manager handle the situation, she escalated it and called the police because " autoplex will not be touching my car."****** 100% tried to help with the situation and is trying to work on getting it fixed.

    Going on 3 months they still didnt pay the registration fees for the car , I am still driving around with temp tags they refuse to renew and once you give them cash and walk outta there they do not care . The title later ***** admitted to making over 5 different mistakes with my paperwork and again they dont care my paperwork is still not here
