    Business Response

We would like to address the recent negative review posted by our client regarding the development of the Jewzz dating application. While we respect the clients right to share their experience, we believe it is important to present the complete context to ensure an accurate and fair understanding of the situation.
    Project Background:
Our team was responsible for building the Jewzz dating app from the ground up, including the standard dating features as well as the innovative Virtual Speed Dating module. Throughout the project, we maintained flexibility to accommodate the clients evolving vision, which included multiple redesigns and the addition of AI-driven features all while maintaining delivery timelines.
Scope Changes and ***************************************** the client introduced several new requirements through different project coordinators ******** Aarti, and later *******), significantly expanding the project scope. Despite these changes, we continued to deliver quality outputs, including AI-driven matchmaking and enhanced dating interactions.
    Handover and Third-Party Involvement:
At one point, the client introduced an external development team from ********. At the clients request, we provided full documentation and knowledge transfer. Later, the external team faced challenges managing the product, prompting us to resume development. We consistently supported these transitions, even when the external team struggled.
    Security Concerns:
There was an incident where the Twilio and SendGrid accounts were compromised. Our investigation revealed that exposed endpoints were the likely cause. Despite this issue being linked to external access, we took prompt action by implementing tighter gateway security.
    Ongoing Support and Communication:
Throughout the development and post-launch phases, we maintained open communication, conducted weekly meetings, and offered prompt responses via Slack. We also continued to support the app after launch and addressed any issues raised.
    About the Code Quality:
The Jewzz app was custom-built using modern technologies such as Flutter for mobile, Node.js and Python for the backend, and AWS for hosting. Claims of old code are inaccurate as the application remains live and fully functional on both the Apple App Store and ****** Play Store, with active users and subscriptions.
