    BHI came into my home at the recommendation of *********** due to what I was told was a rotten floor under the toilet in my front bathroom. Without going under the house I was told my 2nd bathroom was worst than the 1st. It would be $2500 to do the floor in the front bathroom and another $2000 for the back bathroom. I left to go to my doctor’s appointment and when I came back I was told that he would be finished the next day and I would have a completed bathroom to come back home to.(I had to stay with someone else while the plumbing and bathroom was being completed) They were in my home for a whole week and I ended up with 2 bathrooms with torn drywall( had to ask him to close up the holes he made removing the tub, vanities, medicine cabinets, and flooring) and sub-flooring that’s not level with the existing hallway and bedroom floors. No vanities or sinks and no mirrors/medicine cabinets(which I had purchased, they just weren’t installed). I don’t have any floor coverings. My shower doors won’t stay closed and are uneven. The hot water is the cold water and the cold water is the hot in both showers. The down spout can’t be used without the shower continuing to run. The spout turns 360degrees.
    In the end, I paid over $7000 for someone to come in and destroy both my bathrooms.
    I wouldn’t recommend BHI- Bassett Home Improvement to anyone.
