    I visited Blichz PC in Dublin to fix my ****** ** *** *** charger port, ended up getting a cracked back of my phone which was damaged by the staff. Mr. P**** informed them that the required part did not arrive, and expressed indifference to the user's situation, stating it wasn't his problem that they didn't live locally because I was fustrated with the delay in their carriers shipments and parts being defected that they had . Frustrated by the lack of empathy and poor customer service, the user requested compensation but was denied. Mr. P**** hung up during the conversation, leading the user to question the store's ethics. The business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, raising concerns about their customer service practices.
