    On ******* January 14th at * ** I came to their shop upon recommendation from the tow company who provided a jack for my tire change from the exploded tire to the spare. At Paul’s Tire & Auto it was their job and obligation to safely and properly repair or replace my rear passenger tire, of which I paid $******. They were aware I had to get back to *******. When I arrived back home (we did not stop we just kept going until we got home and there are bumps on the highway so we thought nothing of that) the tire was smoking and smelled of rubber and was flat after only two hours! At first I thought maybe the rim maybe it’s my fault. But no, I have gone to ******** on ***** ** **** *** in ******* as of today and they have inspected and verified that it was not the rim and the technician at Paul’s did not perform due diligence and did negligently fail to tighten the wheel core/valve core completely. I spoke to the manager and Walt on the phone and they have denied and argued with me and failed to provide any percentage of discount after putting my life and car in jeopardy. It was a new guy named Tyler who did the replacement and he failed to tighten the valve core and i could have had an accident and lost the tire and hurt myself or others, but by the grace of God made it back in one piece with the flat on the ground. I provided photos and they are refusing to take responsibility. There are several reviews on ****** of other peoples lives being put in jeopardy due to faulty or negligent “repairs” from Paul’s Tire & Auto.
