  I am rejecting this response because:

  I don't believe the company's statement that they are only a billing processing company.  If that is true then why are there sales and customer support personnel with ********************* email addresses and phone numbers working in *******, *******?

  Also why has xWeb Designs charged my credit card at total of $18,700.0 if their only role is billing processor?

  The explanation provided by xWeb Designs, LLC in Georgia contradicts the contents of the Statement of Work, so therefore isn't an acceptable response/solution to this issue.  

  I'm prepared to continue to partner with this and any of the 3 other companies listed in my complaint to come to an acceptable resolution.

  al's Consumer Protection Section is investigating these four companies and has contacted a list of current clients, including me. A number of us have completed a document describing our dealings with ************************* and xWeb Designs. None of us have received any money from xWeb Designs, despite *** ******* repeated assertions that he has "buyers" for our blog sites.I understand that I've signed statements of work, but since the companies involved aren't properly registered, I'm entitled, under ******* current law to a refund of all the money I've spent. These companies are engaged in fraudulent business practices, so I'm seeking appropriate redress.I've provided you with copies of all the documents, including copies of emails between me and the ******* Office of the Attorney General, describing in more detail my experiences with the above mentioned companies.

We operate in ************, **., and our primary function as a company is to process payments and contracts for services providers.   Xweb Designs LLC is located and operates in ************, ** and we primarily process payments and contracts.
  
  There is no contradiction in the Statement of Work (SOW), per our contract w/ the client, we reserve the right to hire outside sources to provide and complete all services. These sources are responsible for all development and and other misc. services. Since we handle all payment processing and contractual agreements between you and the 3rd party developer, please continue your conversation with our services manager, *******, to discuss a potential refund as we are willing to move forward with you to find an acceptable resolution to your complaint.
