    I paid to have my taxes done 1100 in June of 2023. The tax season was 2022. I explained to the owner that I did not have all of my documents but I needed to get this completed as they were outstanding. In August 2023, I was leaving the country and stopped by the physical office to confirm what the outstanding documents were before I left. I was handed one form and was confirmed that was all I needed to submit. While away, (October 2023) I requested a meeting with the owner to get clarity on the filing. He expressed that I had not sent in my bank statements (they were not asked for). Once I sent the bank statements in, his accountant sent a spreadsheet in November. In December, I asked again for clarity. I was told that I was ******* them and that I did not do my due diligence. Now we are in January and employees of the company are still asking me questions regarding my 2022 taxes. I asked for a refund as I did not feel the services were being provided. This was the response: Im not issuing a refund as the services are being provided based on the information we have available to us.The timeline provided has always been contingent upon you completing the client tasks and providing us the information we need.As of today, there are still client talks pending.
