    I purchased Auto Insurance from this company, they took my payment but did not provide the service. They did not give me an ID card or policy number. On the day the policy was to start, I called the Allstate 800 number to verify that I had insurance, Allstate did not have a record of my insurance and I had no proof of insurance so I was not able to work my ride share job. I purchased new insurance and called this company to cancel, they have not been helpful in refunding my money. I called them for a follow-up and was told that they can no longer assist me because I have cancelled. This company did not provide the service and did not return my funds. They were not very polite on the phone and did not respond to my emails.
