      The owner of the business threatened to fire me if i didnt report to work by 5pm with the knowledge that I already had another full time job. When I was hire, I was hire to work the shift from 11pm-7am. He did this to me out of anger and frustration cause he had to work the mid day shift due to another employee being in the hospital. Just recently he has fired me on 1/6 and when I asked the reason he said because I didnt do what he told me to do which is make 6packs of beer but mind you I put all the tobacco products up in the entire shift. He also threatened to withhold my pay twice. Once when he was mad that I didnt communicate enough with him and the day he fired me. He also stated in texted message that if i didnt stop texting him then I would not get paid and he has blocked me on all forms of communication ie whats app and blocked all calls and messages. I have work 5 straight weeks with no off days and has reported early when asked sometimes even working 15 hr shifts.
