hope this correspondence finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a grievous matter of consumer deception and violation of legal rights perpetrated by iDrive I am Young with a keen eye for deceptive practices, I must express my profound dismay at the horrendous experience I recently encountered at their establishment.

On July 22, 2023 I was tragically misled into purchasing a vehicle that was concealed to be a stolen recovered car, deemed a total loss, and carrying a salvage title. Regrettably, iDrive withheld crucial information about the car's history and true condition, leading me to believe that I was investing in a reliable and safe vehicle.

Throughout the transaction, iDrive acted with a complete lack of transparency, employing unethical tactics that took advantage of my lack of expertise in the automotive industry. They coerced a down payment of $1,000, refusing to grant me the option of choosing another vehicle, effectively entrapping me into this nightmarish ordeal.

Compounding their illegal actions, I later discovered that the individual responsible for selling me the vehicle did not possess a valid license, casting further doubt on the legitimacy of their operations. As a seasoned legal professional, I am fully aware that such actions are in direct violation of pertinent regulations and consumer protection laws, not to mention the ethical standards that any reputable business should uphold.

Despite my status as a newcomer to vehicle ownership, I was not spared from the predatory tactics of iDrive. Their false assurances that they would accommodate my modest income of $914 a month were nothing more than a guise, as they proceeded to burden me with a monthly payment of $425, knowing well in advance that insurance costs for a stolen recovered car would far exceed $200.

I cannot overstate the fear and anxiety I now harbor due to the possibility of this stolen car being tracked or sought by its previous owners.
