    This issue here was our own. We are terribly sorry that we were unable to fulfill this order. We have accepted the dispute and have attached an image reflecting this.     I placed an order on 7/7 and was quickly told that my Oder was accepted and sent to the pharmacy on 2/8. I received an email saying what pharmacy my prescription had been sent to and to expect it in 4 days. On 7/17 after receiving no update from Orderlymeds I called the pharmacy and was told that Orderlymeds incorrectly wrote the prescription and would have to resubmit it. After talking with Orderlymeds on a couple instances on 7/17 I was informed that my prescription had to be manually be sent back over to the pharmacy but I was assured that the issue had been made a priority. Upon calling the pharmacy back - they have not received an updated prescription. Now Orderlymeds will not take my phone calls nor return my texts even though they ensured full transparency throughout the process. My card was charged the day my order was placed. Ive never experienced this Ive always only been charged when my order has shipped. They are just holding my money hostage at this point. This has been such a headache and a horrible experience. Ive only gotten the run around from Orderly. I would never recommend them due to the lack of clear communication and transparency and their unprofessional business handling practices.

    ****** is correct. Unfortunately, we had a disconnect between our medical team and the pharmacy in the structure of our scripts. We have resolved this issue and the meds have been shipped. While this ultimately resolves the issue, we would still like to address the issue of the wait and communication. This is not how we wish to operate. We are striving to give each costumer live responses and help. We understand we failed in this instance. I am also going to add a $100 credit to the account that will automatically apply to future purchases. If this does not ease the issue, please feel free to let us know and we will see what more we are able to do to make up for our failing!

    Ordered Tirzepatide on May 31st, 2025. Order sent to pharmacy on June 3rd. I have emailed and called several times, and am constantly given a variety of reasons why this has not been delivered yet. Monday, June 30th, was told it would be overnight delivery, nothing. Called today, June 2nd, was told it will be looked into and I would receive a call back, again, nothing. Last couple texts have gone unanswered. One customer service employee said they would "escalate " my order, another said it was in "processing ", another said the pharmacy needed "clarification ", and the clarification was given. Now almost 5 weeks and being ignored.There is a website and many are talking about a class action lawsuit. I just want what I ordered and if they cannot deliver, give me a refund. This is a lot of money!!! Buyers beware. Update-- just received a call ( 4:00 pm) and management has sent yet another message to the pharmacy to see what is going on, again, they will get back to me when they hear anything. Seems to be another excuse and not a resolution. Very unhappy.

    Due to our own system issues and changes within state laws, we have seen a delay with our shipment times. Unfortunately, ******* was affected by these issues. When she became unwilling to wait for us to resolve our issues, she was given a full refund for her purchase. Due to this being our issue, we have not removed her account from our systems, only removed the form of payment and active prescriptions so if she ever chooses to give us another chance, we will be here and can hopefully serve her in a much better way. If she has any questions or concerns, we are still available to be reached through any of our communication routes that include phone calls, text, or email.

    Ordered GLP1 medication from then on 6/15 they say 8-10 business days. It is now 7/2 they give me a run around saying its at the pharmacy to be shipped. They dont respond to calls and the texts Ive sent I get the same story each time. At this point I want my money back to for people to be aware of whats going on.

They expect you to answer right away but they dont and I have had 2 actual call backs from them during this fiasco! Ive left numerous messages sent numerous text and NOTHING has been done.

    Due to changes in policies from different states, we are currently working to adjust our processes to follow the guidelines. We are trying to be up front with the patient about a wait, which was relayed through the text they receive after ordering. We understand that ********* order took longer than expected. With this being a medical process we are unable to push the medical team or pharmacy in any way that's outside of their guidelines. We were able to request and cover expedited shipping due to the wait our delay caused. With the volume of incoming calls and texts that are received on the daily, sometimes we are unable to immediately respond, but you can see from the images that our representatives were doing their best to establish a strong form of communication with the patient. These are processes that require multiple steps to resolve as to assure the protection of patient information. While our representatives have the tools to view information that will help them resolve the issues, due to policies and guidelines for protection of information there are some things they are not allowed access so this will cause the resolution of issues between the customer service team, the medical team, as well as the team at our pharmacies.

    Received my GLP-1 medication on May 5/25. I had been on a lesser dose with a different company last year. With the previous company I had felt appetite, suppression, and a little nausea went upon first taking the medication in the first two months of taking the medication with the different company. I lost over 24 pounds.since taking medication with orderly meds and beening on it for over two months now I havent lost one single pound not one bout of nausea not one day of appetite suppression. I dont believe that theres any medication in the medication Previous reviewers have said the same thing and the complaints are the same. I believe theyre just a placebo or fake meds and just saline solutions and theres actually no meds in the medication. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company.

    I ordered from ************************** on 6/8/25. I was quickly approved after sending in all proper information. I paid $249 for the 3 month starter kit. I am aware there is a delay with pharmacies but it is now 6/25/25 and my order is still "being processed". I text them the week of the 16th and they let me know my order should ship soon. I followed up on 6/20 at 6:05 pm and asked if there was any movement. No answer. I followed up on 6/23 at 8:55am for more information. No answer. I followed up again that evening - no answer. I text twice on 6/24 to see if they would answer - they did not. I sent a final text on 6/25 asking if I had been scammed as they no longer are answering me, have not shipped my product, and are still holding onto my money. I understand that shipments are behind but communication would easily fix this. I didn't even want a refund or anything of that nature. I simply wanted my order.

    OrderlyMeds ripped me off. I ordered and paid for a three month supply of tirzepatide and they only sent me one month! This was back in January 2025 and they have been playing games since. They apologize and say they will send the outstanding order but they never do. I have sent many texts, emails and calls to them and they apologize but never have sent the remaining 2 months of tirzepatide I paid for.

    This customer ordered a 3 month supply, which is shipped in one vial to cover 12 doses across the three months. The patient reached out after a month and stated that they were now out. We asked the patient for information on the doses they were taking as well as any proof that they could provide. It was stated that they discarded the proof. We went over the information sent through our system, as well as the system of the pharmacy and confirmed that the proper supply was submitted and shipped. We were unable to replace due to a lack of evidence.

    I placed an order. was told they could not fill it and that I would receive a refund. i have contacted multiple times and they keep saying I will get refund and yet nothing. they say they have issued refund and yet my bank says theres nothing. i contact them and they truly feel like they are running a scam.

    I was not refunded. I advised the company that my bank(*****) does not reflect any pending refunds. they are fully aware that the refund did not go through ** I have advised them multiple times. since they promised they would refund I had closed the claim with bank and now bank says the only way is for the seller to refund me bc I cant file a second claim since they payed it out. i did NOT get a refund from them

    On 3/14/2025 I made a purchase of ****** of Tirzepatide and the product has clearly not worked at all. I have not lost any weight at all. I have been stop taking the medication because it's clearly not the real thing/medication. Im still 200 pounds. This company is a fraud and liar and they need to refund my 599 00 back to my bank account. I have tried to talk to an actual doctor and not one doctor contacted me just sales or support people so you know they are illegeal business. They even shut down my account and why was that but you want refund my money BACK. This product is watered down, I never lost any weight, this company is a liar. Im now going through Veteran Affairs program to get my medication to lose weight,so I know its the correct and legit medication. No issues or problems and can talk to a actual doctor in person and not get the run around. And all this c*** about the pharmacy not giving refunds or returns, will mines pharmacy does CVS and *********, *******, they if my prescription is wrong or messed up and I paid for it yes it will be corrected or refunded back and I will go somewhere else. So, stop with the lies of that. Because it has been done.

    We have real doctor's on staff and the customer has to talk to them before medication is ordered, I attached a screenshot of our medical team reaching out to this customer. The product works, the medication does take time to work and everyone has different effects to the medication when taking it. Some people do not see results until 3 months, some even 1 month taking the medication. Our refund policy is stated on the website and before ordering the medication they are required to read the terms and conditions as well. Thank you.

    I never talked to a doctor at all, I  have asked several times for a DOCTOR, the Representatives are lying and typing the responses. 

    The representative said that the doctors don't talk to you on the phone so I don't trust that the  doctor wrote the messages online because it wasn't signed with there signature and name MD. I have Veteran Affairs doctors messaged me all the time with there name signature and MD and credituals so I no they are legit or doctors in general so these OrderlyMeds so called docs didn't.

    Better Business Bureau every time the a doctor correspondence with me or writes notes in my charts in my chart or emails me this is the ways it looks below: name, department, time etc

    OrderlyMeds is lying, I never talked to a doctor I have aways talked to customer service and why is ******************** bringing up that **** ****** canceled my account. 

    At the end of the end I want my ****** because Im 200 pounds, you can have your water down products back because it doesn't work, it's trash. Stop with the lies

    Selling fake medication The medication has had no effect. I have been on it before from another company with side effects and weight loss I went to orderly meds for another bottle ( 3 month supply for ****** I have had no side effect. No appetite control no nausea. Nothing. I have even take the full Dose the last 2 doses and have had nothing . Many people have stated rhe same thing and I want a refund

    Everyone reacts differently to the medication, this is stated on our website. Also, our refund policy which states we cannot take back or refund medication that has already been shipped out and delivered. Our customer success teams has been in contact with the customer as well. (see attached screenshots). The customer can request a COA letter from the pharmacy; they have not done so yet. Thank you

    I am awaiting response due to my vial is from Prorx which was recently involved in *** claims against them. My container label says perfect rx. But my vial in the container is from the pharmacy ProRx that has had recent reports regarding the authenticity of their medication
