    I purchased a car from here with my sister and within a week of driving the car the check engine light came on. We ran the VINnumber and the mileage that was advertised and that is on the vehicle is incorrect. It was advertised as ******* and in actuality, the car has over ******* miles on it. On top of that its been over four months and we still have not received the title and have been unable to register the car or drive the car due to this issue, even though we paid in full. I have spoken with two guys over and over and they say the same thing every time and nothing changes. Everyone involved in this business needs to go to prison.

    Purchased a vehicle in June 2024. Within 3 weeks we had to tow it home due to issues. The guy that sold us said he would fix it. They have now had the car since July 2024. He is rude, he doesn't answer calls. He is refusing to give us our money back. This was my daughter's first vehicle and was supposed to be a pleasant experience. This has been by far the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. This guy should not be in the business of selling cars. He is stealing people's hard earned money and needs to be held accountable.

    My name is ******* **** I bought a car at the end of May beginning of June from all good cars and trucks LLC they gave me a 30-day warranty to fix anything if anything went wrong The light came on so I gave it to them and it's going on 8 months that they still have my car and every time I inquire on it it's always another issue that they're doing this they're doing that and it's never getting fixed and I don't think it takes 8 months to fix a car and I'm not even sure if they really fix it on the car majority times they don't even answer the phone or they send me a text saying they going to call me back and never do and I would like to have my money back since I can't get the car up and running and fixed was he guarantee me that they was going to fix my car. Then the one day I did have it in my possession I bought tires just for it to go right back to them brand new four tires then on top of that they gave me a loaner car from to find out it wasn't even registered and I got pulled over and Douglas county and in ******* and had to go to court or have to go to court to pay that and be a threatened to be put in jail for a year or two because the car was not registered so my insurance was not covered because the car is not registered so it's just been a nightmare and a headache and then on top of that the day that the ***** ****** came through the loaner car that they gave me the hood flew up and broke the windshield so I had to pay to get that fixed and two days later the hood flew up again and I had to get another windshield put in and then two days after that then windshield flew up again by this time I got pulled over the last time and love joy and they impound the car so this man has not been able to get his car at an impound and I'm facing jail time for a car that was not registered and then they said I have been going through a nightmare pertaining to this car being facing jail time suspended license fines for a loaner card that they gave me that also have issues

    I bought the car 09/17/2024, I paid ***** he said the car runs good, I took the car drove for two hours then the temperature got high in the radiators Star leaking, I called him I told him I want to return the car he said it's not our problem, I'm bipolar person and I didn't bring my medicine with me I thought I'll just get the car and go back to my town it's two hours away so I couldn't go back to my city to get my medicine it been 18 hours since I took last medications ai think my mind is getting to the manic episode now I'm in car repair place and I have to borrow so much money to fix the problem, please guide me through this process

    They sell cars with a lot of mechanical issues and they make promises they dont keep just to get your money. Also, its been 2 months and I still dont have my registration and I cant even drive it!!

    El da 13 ******** le pagu al seor lamin jallho "***" ****************************************** un carro que le compr, pasaron tres meses y me dijo que no lo poda registrar, por que el ttulo **** una enmendadura y no lo aceptaron, pasaban los das y no me daba solucin, el da 12 de *************** a la oficina de l, para que me diera solucin, le ped que me entregara el ttulo que yo mismo lo iba a registrar, efectivamente ese mismo da fu y lo registr sin problema, No s por qu supuestamente l en tres meses no lo pudo registrar? Me comunico con l para decirle que ya haba registrado, y que ahora necesitaba que me devolviera los 535 dlares que le pagu a l para hacer el registro, el cual no hizo, necesito que me regrese el dinero cuanto antes.

    Buenos das, compr el carro por medio de un anuncio en ********* lo **** un seor *****************, el cual vino a mi casa * me lo entreg, despus de eso fu para realizar lo del ttulo * l me envi a la oficina de la empresa, *** ah me entregaban en documento, en la oficina no respondan, lo cual me comunico nuevamente con l, me enva otro nmero de telfono, de otra persona *** se hace llamar ****** no le dijo su nombre, pero me aparece identificado como *********************, l me dice *** mw comuni*** con su jefe el cual le dicen "***" *** l es el dueo de la empresa, * el responsable de darme el ttulo, *o fu a la oficina * le pagu para *** hiciera la inscripcin del ttulo, pasaron unos das * ***** se venci la tablilla provisional *** **** * fui a sacar otra, en eso llamo al seor ****** * me dice *** ha* un problema con el ttulo, * *** como ese carro fue comprado en subasta, tenan *** buscar al dueo anterior para *** lo solucione, *a han pasado tres meses, se venci la otra tablilla provisional, * esto* sin dinero * sin poder usar el carro, el seor Lamin ****** "***" no responde, el seor "****" dice *** l no tiene nada *** ver, * el seor ***************** no responde ni mensajes ni llamadas, estuve buscando en las redes sociales a ver si encontraba algo, * resulta *** ese seor "***" lo han denunciado por fraudes de autos hace varios aos atrs.

    This business is guilty of egregious fraud. They roll back the odometers on their vehicles for mileage showing they have a lot less miles then they really do (in our case *******) and try to sell them for way more than they are worth. They are liars and crooks. Buyers beware!

    These events occurred on 6/21/2024 I recently had a very disappointing experience with Allgood Cars and Trucks, owned by ***********************. I placed a $500.00 deposit on a vehicle, expecting the transaction to go smoothly. However, after discovering discrepancies with the *** number, mileage, and damages to the vehicle, I decided not to proceed with the purchase the very next day.I immediately informed **************** of my decision and requested a refund of my deposit. Unfortunately, he has been unresponsive and has refused to return my calls and text messages. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue amicably, **************** continues to deny my refund without providing any valid reason.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service from a business like **********************. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company, as my experience suggests they are not trustworthy or reliable.I hope this review serves as a warning to others and encourages Allgood Cars and Trucks to improve their customer service and business practices.

    A customer came in, placed a deposit on a car, and requested a Carfax report. They were very pleased with the car and, based on the Carfax report, were certain they wanted to purchase it. We consequently removed the car from the market even though other interested parties were expressing keen interest in it. By removing the car, we incurred a loss of money. The deposit was intended to guarantee the commitment to return and buy the car.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    A complaint has been filed with the state of Georgia Business licensing. No one can keep a deposit and sell the vehicle. The response is a lie and they have no proof and it has nothing to do with CARFAX report. The vin number is false and not the vehicle we intended to buy. Businesses never provided a receipt or noted deposits are non refundable.

    This Business posts ads on ******** Marketplace of vehicles they have for sale.On 04/29/2024 I reached out to *********************** a salesperson for this business about a *********** Sport and arranged to meet with the salesperson that gave me the address to his apartment complex where he had 5 cars for sale there but after arriving to this apartment complex had already sold the car of my interest but showed me other selections stating he had others at his dealership, I purchased a *** 328i. ****** told me to take the car to his mechanics on ****** Hey to get serviced. After servicing the vehicle I went home and went to complete some errands the car broke down before I could get to where I was going, and ****** sent his mechanic to fix the vehicle the vehicle needed a radiator and I left the car in the Best Buy parking lot overnight. ****** assured me the mechanic replaced the radiator, but after attempting to drive the vehicle home it was shaking and smoking and temperature gauge high with service engine light on I managed to barely get vehicle home. *** spent excessive money for transportation of my 15 year old son to get to and from school everyday, as Junito lies about either repairing or replacing this vehicle. ****** has state that hes not putting any money in this car. And tells me even if the car isnt listed AS IS on the bill of sale lemon law wont do a thing.Ive only had this vehicle 7days and telling me to pay for **** and me to find a mechanic to repair this vehicle. As angry as this has made me Ive attempted to resolve this matter. I have recorded conversations of Junior being resistant to resolving this. I have Junior on Audio also asking me to kick it with him, and I am in a happy relationship and dont cheat. He is a salesperson and asked me to rent a vehicle for him as I refused.I am filing a suit tomorrow, wouldve today if he had not lied once again about having the car towed, repaired, or traded today..Please do not buy vehicles from this place!
