Hello Tajay,
I hope this message finds you well. You purchased from Olympic Auto Sales on April 26, 2023 a 2017 Infiniti Q50 , which was financed through Euro Financial Services. Unfortunately, as you are aware, the vehicle was repossessed on November 10, 2023, due to a breach of the finance contract. After the vehicle was sold and the proceeds were applied to your account, there remains a balance outstanding. We previously sent a breakdown of this information by mail, and if you prefer, we can also send a Deficiency Explanation of Calculation via email. Is your email address still ********************************?
We understand that these situations can be extremely difficult, and we genuinely want to assist you in resolving this outstanding balance. In an effort to help, we are offering up to a 50% credit on the remaining amount. This would allow you to settle the balance, clear your account, and show a $0 balance on your credit report, which could significantly improve your credit score.
If youre interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, please dont hesitate to call us at ************ and ask for Yaya, who can provide you with more details and guidance on how to proceed. We appreciate your time and hope to assist you in resolving this matter.

I recently discovered that I am a victim of identity theft. While reviewing my credit report, I noticed an account that was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I immediately contacted the creditor to request proof of my authorization for this account. However, I have yet to receive any documentation or evidence from the creditor that verifies I initiated or authorized the opening of this account. Given the lack of evidence provided by the creditor, it is clear that this account does not belong to me and has been opened fraudulently using my personal information. Here are the details related to this incident that I found in my credit report.Account Name: EURO ********************** SERVICE Account #: ******************** Date Opened: 9/22/2020 High Credit: $4,077Business Response

Hello *****:
Here are the facts of the matter, On 2/22/2024 you fiannced a 2017 *** X1 with us, in your contract you had a payment due on 3/8/2024.We sent you a payment reminder on march 8 and you email us back that you your worker comp was messed up and that you are getting a live check, you needed a few days but never gave us a date, we kept on attemting to contact you through email and text and phone call on March 9, 10, 13 and yet you did not respond. On March 15 we sent you final notice and informed you that your account will be subject to legal action, you still did not respond. On March 16 the vehicle was sent out for Repossession for your default on the finance contract.
After the vehicle was repossessed we informed you on March 21 that you need to give back the only key FOB so we can take control of the vehicle and get it inspected for any damages externally and internally and then give you the option to redeem your vehicle in the 10 day window you had after the reposession. You failed to cooperate and give back the key. After the 10 day period and no cooperation from you Euro Financial Services decided to close your account and write it off as a loss.
We wish it had not come to this but your actions have cost us and yourself alot of grevance and now you are slandering our company by name calling. Please be respectful and we expect you to govern yourself accordingly .
Regards
Euro Financial Services LLC

Hello *****:
You will not be receiveng any refund since you defaulted on your contract. You also ended up causing our company unneccessary costs with not giving back the key. We sent you a explanation of deficiency letter by certified mail , in the letter you can see that your account still owes $7365.36 after reselling the vehicle to recuperate some of the losses on your account. ********************** LLC reserves the right to persue you for that deficiency, for the time being that decision has not been taken but understand that your actions have also cost our company.
