On September XX XXXX I pre ordered hair from this company for my graduation a month in advance and it has been a terrible experience!!!! I emailed the company requesting for updates and even called them. I never received an answer. Thank GOD I LIVE IN THE SAME STATE! I had to drive a HOUR AWAY on 3 different days just to get my hair! After that the hair she gave me did not lift at all when my stylist tried to bleach it! It wouldn't even lift to a honey blonde! Even with a 50 developer!!! I went BACK UP THERE AGAIN!! She then tried to show me that all her hair is in fact virgin hair. She took a small piece of hair and went to the back to bleach it. That process even took a long time!! Virgin hair doesn't take a hour to lift to only another honey blonde color. I had a graduation within 2 weeks and I've been back and forth with this company for a WHOLE MONTH!! She literally threw me any lace wig they had in the back that was TOOOO SMALLLL!! I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO SOMEWHERE else and spend another $400 on something else. At that point my graduation was coming up quickly and I got tired of going back and forth with these people! This place is just glitz and glam!! Their vendor is terrible! I really wanted to give her a chance but it just came off as if she didn't want me complaining in her store so she handed me whatever. I wouldn't even have to come in the store if they would just ANSWER THE PHONE!! Whenever I went up there they were never packed or busy so idk what that's about. I gave this place and the manager in it too much benefit of the doubt and ended up looking like a mess!! I would NOT RECOMMEND!!! JUST PAY MORE TO GO ELSEWHERE!!
