    ZERO 0000000 STARS but have to choose one or I cannot post a comment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    This comment will match the others below. I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter on 12/7/2023 and still have not received it. I have called and email and no response. I have posted on Facebook and every other platform that I could and no response. This business needs to be shut down and charged with fraud.

    I ordered on 9/25/23. It’s been 22 weeks. I didn’t get any of my order. I didn’t get a refund. They blocked me after many attempts to get my money back. Do not give them your money.

    I would give this place zero stars. They blocked me from their facebook page when I made a comment on a post about not receiving my order and that customer service was non existent and they stopped responding to emails after saying the turn around was about a week. This company needs to be shut down because they are so sketchy and clearing taking peoples money and fondling loopholes to keep themselves open. They have reviews turned off on Google so nobody can tarnish their 4.6 star reviews.

    Wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on Dec 7th 2023 & I’m still waiting. I have called and email with no response. At this point I just want a refund. All the reviews seem to be the same complaint. This business needs to be investigated & shut down!

    I ordered a Cocomelon blanket on December 2nd 2023 and have yet to receive it. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son but at this rate, obviously that ship has sailed… it’s now February 1st, 2024 and I have called dozens of times because I was starting to think that maybe my order got lost but no one ever answers the phone. It either goes to voicemail, the voicemail box it full or they change the message to say, “Everyone is sick for the day and out of the office. We’ll return your call when we are back in the office tomorrow.” but that never happens. Pretty frustrating because it’s evident now that this is a pretty shady company that couldn’t care less about customer service or even providing an actual product. The only saving grace that I have at this point is that I made my purchase through PayPal and they will hopefully refund my money.
    DO NOT BUY FROM “JillyBug’s Boutique”!
    They’re nothing but a scam.

    I placed an order with them in July of 2023. I still have not received that order now in January 2024. I’ve emailed, the response is to call. I called, was told that staff was out sick and would search for the order when they got back. That was November. Never heard anything. Called and left a message in December, never heard anything. Commented on their Facebook page, it was deleted. $150 order and I haven’t gotten a thing back. Unacceptable.

    whatever you do DO NOT CALL AND ASK when your order is going to ship! When I called and asked when it would ship out, she said it typically takes 10 days, I told her it has been over 14 days since I ordered and just wanted to make sure it was coming before Christmas. She made the comment that I shouldve read the fine print on shipping it all together and since one item was a preorder my entire order would be on hold until that item came in. I told her I did not read that and was unaware the next thing you know I get a notification that I have been refunded my money. when I called her back to ask why my order was cancelled I never asked for a refund or cancellation I just wanted to know when it was coming. she said that she had over ****** orders and did not care that she cancelled my order since over half? was sale priced clothes anyway. She said if I wasnt happy I could shop elsewhere. I even told her that this was for my kids Christmas and she said oh well. If she cant keep up with supply and demand then maybe she shouldnt be operating a business that is not prepared for such orders!
